A beautiful waterfront home only 3 minutes from the beach, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a heated pool, hot tub, and large dock for boats. All this is set off with large coconut trees and a banana tree. Enjoy sipping a drink while sitting on our gliding dock chairs. A fun thing to do while watching waterfront activities and the many yachts pass by. The patio is huge and you can party and grille outside on our gas grille.

The cherry, eat-in kitchen is a Chef's dream, and set off with tiered granite counter tops, center island and stainless steel appliances and is open to the living room. Both have wonderful views of the pool and waterfront.

The master bedroom is very large with a couch at the foot of the bed and panoramic view of the water from two 8' glass sliding doors and a large window. Our sexy marble master bath has a clear glass block shower enclosure, a ceiling rain shower, 4 wall jets and a wall hung oscillating shower head. The queen bedroom has a slider to the pool and the twin bedroom is in the front. All bedrooms have cable TV. The master bedroom is on the opposite end of the house from the guest bedrooms.

The living room has a 42" wall hung plasma that can be seen from the kitchen as well as from our leather Lazyboy recliners, a couch and love seat.

The family room and dining room is very large with a flat screen TV and computer work station plus a leather convertible couch (opens to a queen bed) and over stuffed chair.

All and all, Coconut Haven is a fantastic place to vacation and relax. 28 miles of beach, 2 to 3 minutes from shopping, the Goodyear Blimp and hundreds of restaurants and nite life. Bring your own boat or rent one locally, park it on our dock and enjoy.
