Lake Berkley is a secure gated community with a 24hr guard. Located just off Highway 192 and only 10mins drive to Disney world, it is a much needed tranquil haven after a hectic day at the theme parks.
The resort has a 14 acre lake with a nature trail, a club house with exercise room and internet access, tennis courts, basket ball court, childrens play area, well stocked fishing lakes, communal outdoor pool, childrens splash pool and a spa.
This 3 bedroom townhouse is fully air-conditioned with all the comforts of home. The living area is open plan with patio doors onto a grassed communal area leading to pool, sofa bed, phone (with free local calls), radio CD player, DVD and cable TV.
Dining area seats six. Kitchen is fully equipped with all table ware, utensils etc provided. Use of oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room has washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs the Master bedroom has queen bed with en suite and balcony overlooking the grassed area to the pool. The 2nd bedroom has double bed and TV and 3rd bedroom has twin beds. All bed linen is provided. Towels
and hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms.

OTHER FEES:

Cancellations are subject to fees as follows:
Up to 12 weeks before arrival date-50% of total cost
Up to 4 weeks before arrival date-75% of total costs
Anytime during 4 weeks prior to arrival date-100% of total cost
For stays of 5 nights or less a cleaning fee of $75 will be charged.
Early check ins and late check outs can be arranged subject to availability and a small fee where necessary
