Golf is available at Champions Gate or Reunion (within 2 miles).

The whole house is fully air conditioned with high cathedral ceilings and paddle fans.. comfort and relaxation in peaceful surroundings, yet only 7 miles to Disney World!!!

Altogether this is a real home away from home. There is always a welcome on the mat!!

Quietly located at the rear of the property, overlooking the pool is the Master bedroom. Fitted with a huge, American King sized bed, dressing table and a large walk in wardrobe, giving ample storage and drawer space.
En-suite bathroom includes a large shower, WC & basin, with access to the pool deck.
Located to the rear of the property is a second double bedroom, this is fitted with a Queen sized bed. Making an ideal second master bedroom.
Located between bedrooms two & three is a full bathroom.
Bedroom three, is a twin bedded room located at the front of the house. There is some room for a smaller roll away bed to be installed if required. (payable locally to agent). Bed linen, bath towels and hair drier supplied.

The kitchen is large, accommodating for 6 people and is an open plan to the lounge area.
There is every luxury for your convenience, this kitchen comes fully equipped. Together with an abundance of crockery and utensils, every thing you need to be comfortable in your home away from home.
Washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the large double garage.

The lounge has large patio doors opening onto the pool area (alarmed to warn if non swimmers or small children try to "escape" to the pool) making a light spacious room. There are 2 large 3 seater comfortable sofas,and of course, a TV cabinet with cable TV, video, DVD Player and a small fiction library.(DVDs and videos can be rented from the local garage or the Management Company).
The lounge can also be used as a fourth bedroom with one sofa opening out into a double bed.

The outside and underwater pool lighting make a lovely setting in the evening for supper on the deck. With comfortable loungers and covered lanai for daytime relaxation. Table and 6 dining chairs for meals AL fresco.

The screened enclosure eliminates the bugs and leaves, giving you a relaxing area for sunbathing and sitting out in the evening without troublesome insects.

The view from the pool and deck area overlooking the preserve is interesting as many birds and butterflies gather in this area, so take your binoculars and Florida bird book to make the most of it.
