Ocean view from 3 separate decks, About 200 ft to the beach, 4 Bedrooms + 3.5 Baths, Large Kitchen with all the supplies you could want for preparing meals, Large area Open Floor Plan for Kitchen, Dining, Great Room, Dining Area with bay window, Sleeps up to 11 people + a baby (full size crib), Local Telephone service provided, Expanded Cable Television in every room, Children Friendly, TV/VCR in the childrens room and living room, some tapes provided, Smoke Free Home, Gas Grill on Back Kitchen Entry Deck, Charcoal grill in parking area under house, Outside shower + Hot and Cold Water - remove sand & suntan lotion before coming in the house.
For families with small children we have a full -size crib, rocking chair, highchair, baby bathtub, playpen, removable safety gate inside and non-removable safety gate at top of deck steps.
Excellent floor plan for privacy if two families share the rent - three separate private sleeping areas. Master bedroom on both the main level and upper level. A bathroom, hallway and laundry area separates the upstairs master bedroom from the other two bedrooms upstairs that are on a private hallway and share a bath.
The resort has a WIRELESS INTERNET area that you can access. House has high-speed internet that you can use by plugging line from modem into your computer. Underneath the oceanfront observation area is a place for skateboarding. Bring skateboards and scooters or rent them from the recreation building. DVD player in living room. VCR player in living room and kid's room upstairs.
Short 1-minute walk to the relaxing beach, nearby beach volleyball games, horseshoes, skateboard ramps/rails, shuffleboard, basketball and volleyball games open to anyone. Heated indoor pool for winter swimming and outdoor pools + kiddie pools with lifeguards, on-site golf carts, bicycles, shuffleboard, large game arcade with snack bar poolside and miniature golf course, 8 freshwater lakes for fishing and with lots of birds, swans, duck, etc. to feed, Numerous putt-putt courses, cinemas, go-cart tracks and other similar attractions, Both Myrtle Beach Waves water parks! Downtown Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, Murells Inlets fresh seafood restaurants! Required Deposit for holding your reservation is $225.00 and can be by personal check. This is a cleaning and damage deposit. Non-refundable $25 will pay for the inspection after you leave. If the home is left very clean and ready for the next guests (who usually arrive the afternoon of the day you leave), your $200 is refundable. Housekeeper will decide if the house needs any extra cleaning and her crew will be paid whatever they charge out of the guest's deposit.
THIS IS A FAMILY-ORIENTED RESORT AND YOU NEED TO BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BE THE PRIMARY RENTER. TYPICAL SPRING BREAK AND GRADUATION WEEK TYPE NOISE AND ACTIVITIES (such as under-age [21] drinking) DO NOT FIT WELL WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF OCEAN LAKES FAMILY RESORT!
OCEAN LAKES CHARGES $3 PER DAY PER VEHICLE RESORT ENTRY FEE. IT HELPS PROVIDE SEVERAL SECURITY GUARDS WHO ARE ON DUTY THROUGHOUT THE RESORT 24 HOURS PER DAY. IT IS NOT PART OF OUR RENTAL FEE FOR THE HOUSE.

6% sales tax plus 6% hospitality tax is charged. Ocean Lakes charges $3 per day per vehicle resort entry fee. This is separate from your rental of the house. You may pre-register at least 14 days ahead of your arrival by mail so you don't have to wait in line to register your vehicle when you arrive.
PLEASE CHECK OUR AVAILABILITY CALENDAR FOR THE DATES YOU WANT - WE MARK OUT THOSE WEEKS RESERVED ONCE WE RECEIVE A DEPOSIT. Personal check accepted for deposit if your mailing address is USA. Other must send bank check, use Western Union, etc.Payment can be made in the form of Cashier/personal check, U.S. Postal Money Order or Western Union wire transfer.
Cancellation
If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will charge 15% of the Gross Rental Fee plus a $25 Administration Fee. The balance, if any, will be refunded to you. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, refuse the property or do not show up, we will retain the total amount paid. There will be no money refunded. Emergency and special situations will be handled on a case by case basis by the owner.
