Our home is located just 3 miles from Disney in a 24 hour manned gated 5 star community. For golfers, Windsor Palms is next to Mystic Dunes Golf course and just 10 minutes to 6 other golf courses including Greg Norman's Champion Gate award winning course. We are also close to an abundance of restaurants and shopping. Windsor Palms was designed especially for families. As our guest, you will have access to all resort facilities. We have completely REPAINTED, REDECORATED AND REFURBISHED our townhome. This end unit home is fully air-conditioned and all bedrooms and main rooms have ceiling fans. We are a Canadian family whose privately owned home is fully licensed and managed by a local Florida management company to a high standard. Linens, towels, pool towels, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, security safe are all included in your rental. FREE wireless internet and FREE local and long distant phone calls. FREE stroller,dining booster seat and Pack n Play are also included for your use. Like most privately owned vacation homes. our home is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, bath and hand soaps, laundry and dishwashing soap. There is a mini-mart on the resort and a larger chain type grocery store very near by. The home is thoroughly cleaned to a high standard between each guest. We take tremendous pride in our home and we are continually upgrading so that it is the best possible for our guests. We visit our home at least 2times per year which allows us to check and ensure that everything is in tip top shape.
The luxuriously decorated family room has comfortable seating for the whole family and is equipped with a 42 inch wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD/VCR and cable. The dining area has seating for 6 and the table can be extended to seat 8.
Directly off the living room are sliding doors leading to your own private splash pool(with underwater lights) and patio area. This is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax with an evening drink and watch the sunset after the kids are tucked in. The lanai overlooks the quiet, tranquil conservation area and is equipped with a table, umbrella, 2 reclining chairs with ottomans and a lounger. FOR ADDED SAFETY OF SMALL CHILDREN WE PROVIDE A REMOVABLE SAFETY FENCE AND ALL DOORS LEADING TO THE POOL AREA HAVE ADDITIONAL LOCKS.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you will need. Refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and tea kettle. We have supplied many pots and pans, baking utensils,serving dishes, tea pot, dishes and cutlery for the whole family and also unbreakable dishes and wine glasses for use in our pool area.
Full size washer and dryer are located upstairs.
Bedroom 1 - Queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, massage shower head, flat screen cable TV, phone, alarm clock, hair dryer. This suite is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for those who can not cope with stairs.
Bedroom 2 - King sized bed with , ensuite bathroom with garden tub, massage shower head, IPOD docking station, alarm clock, phone, flat screen cable TV, DVD player, hair dryer.
Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin beds. Decorated with a Disney theme, this room will appeal to adults and children. Ensuite bathroom with tub and shower,flat screen cable TV, DVD player,IPOD docking station and a game cube. We also have some games and books for those "down times".

What great memories we have of your vacation home and our visits to all of the Disney parks and water parks. The drive to the Disney parks was short and it made our trip pleasant. When we arrived at your home after our long journey to Florida it was so comforting to walk into a beautiful home. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. We had six in our party and we never felt that we didn't have enough room. The pool was enjoyed so much we only visited the community pool twice. You had everything in your home that anyone would possibly need on vacation. The Management company delivered our Disney tickets exactly when they said they would (right to our door)! It was very quiet and peaceful and your condo is situated on the end so we have nore of a view from the pool area. We had friends that stayed at one of the condos at the same time. When they came to see yours, they wished they had gotten a townhouse instead of a condo. We would certainly recommend your home to all of our friends and relatives. #1 Excellent rating!!!

Thanks for the wonderful time the home was perfect it was just what we needed to make our stay awesome. The pool was great my daughter and grandaughter was in it 2 to 3 times a day that is how beautiful the weather was. The mickey bedroom was the best thing there was each girl picked their bed and that was it. It was very hard to say goodbye even though we were there for 9days it didn't seem like enough time. When I came onto the site and saw the house it brought back all the wonderful memories we had. We all want to thank you again it was nice talking to Sharon and getting messages from Rick. The townhouse is perfect for our family of 4. In comparison to other vacation homes that we've stayed at over past years, we like yours for the following reasons: free Internet and long-distance calls; relaxing view of the pool and back area; quiet community; closer to Disney theme parks; and overall a very clean and inviting home. Beautiful house, very clean, very close to all Disney parks, resturants etc. We had a wonderful time! Our kids loved the Mickey Mouse room! The house had everything we needed, including a stroller! Our welcoming 5 bedroom /3 bathroom villa is very well...

Our family of 5 LOVED the house. We planned to go to Disney and planned to stay on site. We wanted to be close to everything. We wanted the whole experience. Accommodation at Disney doesn't cover more than 4 people per room very well. We found your home and from start to finish the interaction was awesome. We got exactly what we wanted from our Disney vacation - and MORE! The house is so close to everything ... including the gates to Disney. The house includes everything and more that you could possibly need to make your vacation pleasant for everyone - even MOM who ends up doing all the packing, organizing, etc. The house has full laundry facilities, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a cooler for lunches, a stroller for carrying everything at the park .... all this and more made packing for our 8 day holiday, a breeze. The house is close to great restaurants so when you want a change from PARK food, you can find everything from fast food to fine dining within minutes of the house. The complex is also wonderful - tennis and basketball courts for the kids to use, plus an awesome pool, private movie theater, and more.
We liked the home so much that upon our return we convinced our friends to book it instead of the hotel they were planning on staying in on site.
Keep up the great work ... your house felt much more like a home to us!
