Our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive villa is truly a hidden jewel, comfortably accommodating 10 guests with style and ease and boasts an excellent games room, FREE BBQ and FREE wireless internet access.

After a great day out, relax and enjoy the views from the sunny South facing sunny, 30-foot private pool.

The villa is located within the exclusive gated Sunset Ridge community, which is just a 12 minute quick and easy drive to Disney and close to all the amazing attractions that Orlando has to offer.

Located on a very nice gated community, it's an easy trip to Disney and all the excitement of the Theme Parks in under 12 minutes.

The villa has a sunny south facing pool, with great views. Enjoy an AL-fresco meal on the patio deck, sunbathe or just relax in the pool and watch the sunset. Just perfect after a fun day out at the parks, malls or nearby excellent Golf courses.

With 5 good-sized bedrooms the villa is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, with everything you need to make your vacation perfect. There is air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans too.

The master bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is a house bathroom. Each room has TV and DVD players and bright house cable channels and a PS2 Console. The kitchen and dining areas have everything you would expect. There is also a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

The property is fully furnished and comprises of 5 bedrooms. The two masters (king sized beds) have their own en suite bathrooms in addition to the main house bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you expect and the dining area and breakfast bar make it easy for flexible meal times.
The main family room has two very comfortable sofas and the large LCD HDTV includes Bright-house HD cable and DVD player. TV's are also included in every bedroom.

A second family room includes two more sofas and is home to the PS2 console and games. Our new games room includes a professional 8 foot slate pool table.

We have done our best to ensure everything you could need is on hand to make your vacation a real pleasure.
