Whispering Palms villa is located in the desirable and highly sought after deed restricted community of Rotonda West on Florida's south west coast.
Situated on a secluded south west facing lot with a lush backdrop of Palms, Firs and bushes, a haven for wild life, from Armadillos, Raccoons, Foxes, Squirrels and if lucky our local Bob Cat, together with a myriad of birds. Whispering Palms is furnished, decorated and maintained to the highest standard, ensuring your comfort during your stay.
The villa comprises of:
* Master Bedroom with king size pillow top, cable TV and opens to the lanai for early morning coffee
* Master ensuite with Roman shower, twin vanity units, deep tub & hair dryer
* Bedroom 2 with queen size bed, TV and preserve view.
* Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
* Family bathroom with full bath, shower & hairdryer.
* Formal living room with cathedral ceiling,
overlooking the pool this room offers the ideal spot for quiet contemplation, reading and relaxing.
* Formal dining room wonderful for entertaining, furnished in a traditional style.
* Family Room open plan to the kitchen, this is the hub of our home with comfy sofas & an ottoman to put your feet up & watch television. The
entertainment centre houses a 32" flat screen TV with digital cable & 500 watt home theatre system to view the latest DVD'S, listen to CD'S or radio.
* Kitchen fully equipped with ceramic stove top, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice maker, blender, coffee machine etc.
* Breakfast nook beside the aquarium window, overlooks the pool and preserve, ideal for a late breakfast.
* Utility Room equipped with washer, dryer, ironing facilities.
* Double Garage with electrically operated door by remote control.
* Large Lanai area with dining and lounging facilities.
* Electric heated Swimming Pool.
The Roman pool has a south-west aspect, fully enclosed in a mesh screen cage it is in full sun throughout the day, ideal for sunbathing. Furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs and gas grill; wonderful for al fresco dining on those long warm evenings, whilst watching the sun set. Our pool is very secluded with electric heat to enable our guests to swim during the slightly colder months.
Spectacular golf courses abound & miles of dazzling white beaches & turquoise seas are approximately 10/15 minutes by car.
As our guests you have Beach rights on Don Pedro Island accessible only by boat it is a haven waiting to be discovered.

5% Discount on bookings of 3 weeks or more, based on 4 persons.
Once you have decided on Whispering Palms for your holiday/vacation, booking is simple.
Complete the booking form which can be downloaded from our website or we can post/mail one to you if preferred and send together with the booking deposit of $300 per week booked.
The remaining balance is due ten weeks prior to reservation together with the refundable security deposit of $400.
ELECTRIC Pool heat, using the latest heat pump technology is recommended for the winter months of October to April especially if you wish to swim in an ambient temperature.
The electric pool heat is charged at the reasonable rate of $95 per week.
Our rates are fully inclusive of utilities, Wi Fi broadband internet connection, digital plus cable T.V., local phone calls, use of Gas BBQ, pre-arrival preparation & departure cleaning.
Minimum Stay - 3 nights.
Please add $100 departure cleaning fee for bookings of less than 7 nights.
We accept both US$ & Sterling currency by cheque or EFT.
