Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
Let me start by saying that you made our 1st experience to Orlando a pleasant one.
Even before we left home, you stayed in contact with us by email answering all of our questions in a timely manner.
We even had questions during and after our stay and again, you were spot on.
Your generous hospitality was amazing.
As we entered the home, we found a manual that explained everything we needed to know. The home had everything we needed.
The pool was fantastic. It was great to wake up early each morning, sit out on the lanai and watch the squirrels and armadillos play.
The beds are the best. Wow, you couldn't ask for more comfort.
We loved those mattresses so much that we checked out the name of them so we could purchase us one.
The kids were never bored. If they weren't swimming, they were playing in the game room. We can't say enough about our stay at the villa.
If we ever get a chance to go back, we will definitely use this villa again.

Our stay at Orange Tree was phenomenal. Everyone in our party was extremely pleased with our accommodations. The kids loved everything about the house - the games room, PS2, the pool and hot tub and even chasing the geckos outside on the lawn. The beds were so comfortable and appreciated after a full day at the parks. It felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. Not once did we have a sore back. The community is very quiet. The house is nicely layed out with easy access to the laundry room and games room. The kitchen was completely equipped with top quality appliances. The pool was clean and had comfortable chairs to relax on. We met up with friends and had them over for supper one evening and they couldn't believe how beautiful our accommodations were and that is was reasonably priced.
We were not comfortable booking online, but took a chance. Francis and Joelle kept in touch frequently and would send out emails adding to the excitement before we left and made the booking feel like they were family. Emails were responded to immediately. It was a very personable experience, we weren't just another renter or number as we found out in the rental home we had booked for the last half of our vacation. At the time, we had no idea the little things of detail that made our vacation perfect, but we realized it when we moved into our next home...what a disappointment.
There is an orange grove 2 minutes up the road for picking, a Walmart, pharmacy and a grocery store was a 5 min drive away.
This home was like living in a rich man's kingdom.
We would like to thank Francis and Joelle from the bottom of our hearts for sharing their home. We definitely would rebook this home and highly recommend it everyone.

This house is beautiful….
We had SUCH a great time!! Everything was immaculate – the beds were so comfortable – the house layout is a spacious, open concept design – very clean and fresh - very fitting to our lifestyle.
The pool and deck off the back just topped it off perfectly for a very much needed peaceful family vacation. We were so impressed with the decorating – very modern, stylish and easy to maintain.
My Mother (80 years old) came with us and was so pleased with her “suite” and private access to the pool deck. It made her feel like she had her own apartment with family very close by. We are all early risers (except the kids of course !) and shared coffee every morning on the pool deck. The kids could sleep as long as they wanted without being disturbed.
The neighborhood is lovely – so quiet and peaceful with a brand new Publix just opened right up the street – and a super Walmart just a little bit further which was so convenient for those grocery needs. It felt like home!
We needed another week definitely…. it seemed like we just got settled in, shopping was amazing (too amazing !) and it was time to go home. Everyone was very sad when leaving and we so wished we had another week in Orange Tree Orlando. We all think this should be a yearly vacation spot!!
We would definitely recommend this home to everyone and we again thank you for providing such a relaxing and fun vacation. We look forward to another vacation in Orange Tree Paradise (real soon …we hope)!!!
