"Woodville" is a family owned, luxurious four bedroom, three bathroom villa with almost 2000 square feet of air-conditioned space and its own larger-than-average 30 ft. screened, lagoon-shaped pool. The pool has extended sun decking and is west-facing onto open space. It enjoys sunshine from mid morning onwards and the view to the rear provides some spectacular sunsets. The pool area is surrounded by established privacy hedging and is screened to keep out those annoying bugs. It also has underwater lighting enabling you to enjoy a dip late into the evening. The villa is set in a tranquil location away from busy roads but within easy reach of the theme parks, shops and restaurants. Because this our second home and we visit frequently ourselves, it is more fully equipped than the average vacation home. We also like to keep it maintained in pristine condition both for our own comfort and our guests. Many of our previous guests have returned after enjoying their stay at 'Woodville'. This may not be the cheapest villa you find but it is in a good sought after location, in a good position and maintained to a high standard. For those wishing to keep in touch online there is a free hi-speed wireless connection throughout the villa and pool deck. So just bring your laptop/ notebook with you. We do not employ a large management company. The villa is looked after by a local couple who take a pride in its upkeep. The key will be left in a coded box outside so you will not need to go searching for a management company office to collect and return the key.
