We recently visited Cape Coral, Fl and had the pleasure of staying in one of the gorgeous homes Vesteva offers. First off, I would like to thank Steffen and Vanessa for making us feel welcome and Eva for her great suggestion on where to stay and what would best suit our needs. Next, I would like to add that home was just perfect, it was very, very well kept and clean. We were checked in and instructed on how everything in the home worked (where light switches where, how garbage disposals worked, washer and dryer, pool heaters etc.) very helpful. The view was beautiful and was in such a central part of Cape Coral, it made it extremely easy to visit the beaches, shopping and dining. We look forward and are excited to work with the Vesteva team again.

We have just returned from an idyllic month in Key Wester Bonita Springs. I had never booked a villa on the internet before but Eva from Vesteva Vacations helped us thro.all the booking. When we arrived from the UK the house was spotlessly clean ,everything we needed was there plus all sorts of things we didnt know we needed!It is a lovely home in a wonderful setting. Stefan watched over and explained things to us and I do hope that we will be able to return to Vesteva again when we want to return to Florida. Thankyou to all of you in VV.

We have been renting from Vesteva for 5 years. The service has always been exceptional and any concerns have been quickly dealt with. I would certainly recommend them as a rental agent to anyone who wishes to rent in the Fort Myers area.

We have been dealing with Vesteva since 2000. The relationship is professional and friendly. Eva, Steffen and Vanessa are a pleasure to deal with. We rent in Cape Coral and are in a beautiful, well-maintained home which was recommended to us and managed by Vesteva. We plan on returning next year and for the foreseeable future. And continuing our association with Vesteva. Thanks Vesteva for our enjoyable January-February winter respite.

We can’t say enough nice things about Vesteva. Eva, Steffen, and Vanessa are wonderful to work with and are always helpful when needed. We enjoy Cape Coral and the houses we have rented. We always rent one with a pool on a canal - the water is peaceful and the scenery is beautiful. Our house even has two bicycles in the garage this year! Nice touch!

Wir waren schon mehrmals in dem Haus Flamingobay,ebenso meine Tochter mit Familie.Wir haben es auch weiterempfohlen an Freunde die uns sehr dankbar dafür waren.
Wir alle fanden das Haus mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Die Lage am Kanal ist sehr ruhig.Es lässt keine Wünsche übrig mit der Ausnahme,dass man am liebsten gar nicht mehr raus will.Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause.Alles ist vorhanden um glücklich zu sein!!
Wir fanden immer alles sehr sauber.Vor allem der Service von Steffen und Vanessa ist so zuvorkommend,dass wir echte Freunde geworden sind.

We were lucky enough to stay in one of your wonderful condos for two weeks. The view of the canal, the beautiful swimming pool and wonderful house was “out of this world “. It made our vacation very memorable. Hopefully, we can get back there again next year. Thanks Vanessa for everything.

Seit einigen Jahren verbringen wir unseren Urlaub in Cape Coral.
Vom ersten Moment der Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Buchung des Ferienhauses
und allen sonstigen Fragen wurden wir von Vesteva Vacation Rentals
hervorragend beraten und betreut. In Cape Coral hatten wir in Steffen
immer einen freundlichen, zuverlässigen und kompetenten Ansprechpartner
der jederzeit für uns da war…einfach super!!!
Das Einzige was wir tun mussten war…..unseren Urlaub genießen!

This was our first time renting with Vesteva. Our month in Cape Coral was perfect. Vanessa and Steffan were very helpful. The home we rented was so nice we are coming back next year for 6 weeks. The only bad thing was we had to return home to lots of snow. Thanks again Vesteva. Donna

What a great rental company to work with! We rented a home from Vesteva in Cape Coral for the first
time during the month of February. when we entered the home we were pleasantly surprised how spacious,
clean and comfortable we felt. Steffen met us, explained everything we needed to know, and did not
bother us after that. I must say we did call him a few times during our stay and we were greeted with
a friendly voice. Thanks Seffen and Eva for making our stay perfect. After returning back home within
3 days we have already rented with Vesteva for Feb. 2009!! Call these people they’re GREAT.

Seit vielen Jahren schon buchen wir unsere Florida Traumurlaube über Vesteva. Familie Vetter, alt und jung, sind für uns Freunde geworden. Eva ist hier in Deutschland jederzeit ansprech bereit und Vanessa und Steffen waren für uns schon die Retter in der Not. Danke!!! Wir haben schon in einigen Ferienhäusern gewohnt und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Cape Coral Urlaub im Mai und auf das Wiedersehen mit Vanessa und Steffen.

We have just returned from 2 weeks visit on Cape Coral in a Vesteva Rental Home. Very pleased with the accommodations. Very clean, comfortable and a relaxing atmosphere. The heated pool was super. Steffen was a pleasure to meet and very helpful.

We have been renting properties through Vesteva for seveal years and have always been satisfied. The properties they have are very desirable, well maintained, and a good value. It is very easy doing business with Vesteva. The people there, including Eva, Steffen, and Vanessa are so pleasant and always willing to go the extra effort to make your vacation a pleasure.
We really enjoy Cape Coral and the surrounding areas and will return in the years ahead. We have recommended Vesteva to our friends and family for all of their West Coast Florida vacations.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Isadora, in SE Cape Coral, FL. The house was well equipped for everything we needed for a great family vacation. The kitchen was DREAMY! I could live in it! It’s a great place to entertain family and friends…which we did. Our children loved fishing off the dock. My nephew caught his first fish, too. We also saw dolphins swimming by in the canal. The bedrooms were spacious and private. The home and pool were clean and tidy. We enjoyed watching the sunrises from the enclosed lanai. Again, thank you for everything. We hope to come back next year!

Wir waren das erste mal in Florida und haben uns in Cape Coral sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen wirklich großen Anteil daran hatte Vesteva, über die wir das Saratoga-Haus gebucht hatten. Wunderschöne großes Haus mit viel Platz, wunderschöne Lage (an einem kleinen See gelegen), ruhig und auch sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Ein Spielplatz ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Was will man mehr?? Das Haus inkl. Pool und XL-Grill war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles in allem hatten wir traumhafte und erholsame Tage (nach stressigen aber actionreichen Parkbesuchen in Orlando).
Wir werden Vesteva und das Saratoga-Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Steffen, der sehr hilfsbereit war und uns alles super erklärt hat.

this was our fourth trip to cape coral this year and my husband and I loved the coral belle the most! the house had everything you would need right down to the bikes and pool toys(the pool was gorgeous) the house was clean and well kept,if you are a finicky type person, this is the place for you! since the weather was beautiful,we enjoyed the lanai where we spent a significant amount of time watching the fish jump, looking at the bosts going by, and enjoying the out door BBQ.the neighborhood was quiet and many sheriffs lived in the area so we knew we were in a safe place.the property manager, Steffen Vetter, was very kind and helpful when checking in, he made a point to come out and meet and greet us and also answer any questions we had. he is very hands on!! there was only one small problem with the plumbing, but this was fixed within 15 minutes! wow! the owners should be confident that the property is very well taken care of,they should have no worries when they are not there. looking forward to visiting again! newtown square, pa

Had a great time , we found Steffen Vetter to be very help full he sorted out boat trips etc for us . We have hoildayed in Florida 6 times in the last few years and found the villa to be the nicest we have stayed in . If we have the pennies next year we will be back in Coral Bay and staying in one of Steffen,s villas . Thanks for a great time

We rented a home in Cape Coral for the 2009 winter season. We were very pleased with the both the home and the service provided to us by Vesteva. They were very rsponsive and helpful. Wir (fünfköpfige Familie) hatten von 07.04.09 bis 15.04.09 im Haus Morningstar in Cape Coral gemietet. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll, vollständig und hochwertig einrichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Schlafzimmer (war uns sehr wichtig, da unser Kinder Allergiker sind) sind nicht mit Teppichboden, sondern mit Pakett ausgelegt. Auch der Pool (natürlich mit Lanai und Heizung) hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage am Kanal ist hervorragend. Es gab also nichts zu meckern!!!!!

Nochmals vielen Dank an Vesteva für die reibungslose Abwicklung (vor allem an Mama Vetter), wir werden betsimmt wiederkommen!

we liked the house and everything was just fine–as always we had a great time–i love florida–and everything it has to offer–i also want you to know that stephen is so accommadating and helpful and such a fine young man–i also delt with vanessa last year and she has the same qualities–such a nice family–
