This place has it all.On the 1st floor there are 4 bath rooms.6 Bedrooms, (2-K,2-Q,4-T).4 Sitting rooms with 2-Q sofa sleepers.The Kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dish washes & full size washers & Dryers,there is also bar stools for counter seating for 8.The large dinning areas seat 16.The 1st fl. is complete with 2- 465 sq.ft. game rooms with pool tables & Packmans.The 2nd fl. is not lacking in comfort with 4 Master Bedrooms (4-K) with there own private bath rooms, & 2 with private decks with ocean views.There are 2 large sitting rooms with Q-sofa sleepers, Wet bars, Microwaves, refrigerators, tables & chairs.Out side you can relax on 2 covered decks with gas grills.The in ground pool has plenty of room with chairs & chase lounges for sun bathing.The pool is heated April through November.At the end of the day you can relax in the 2-8ft. hot tubs. The house is also WiFi internet wierd We are located just off 17th Ave.South & Ocean Blvd. and just Minutes from Restaurant Row, Bare Foot Landind,&Cherry Grove

We are located just steps to the beach (300 feet) with a public walk way entrance and white sandy beaches with ocean water temps that are in the upper 80's You can also walk to local stores, pubs, snack shops. We are just minuets from Rt.17(Driving) to hundreds of stores, Malls, Outlet, Restaurants, Miniature golf,fishing piers,recreation.Bare Foot Landing,Tangier Outlets and Restaurant Row just to name a few.The newly opened Hard Rock Amusement Park is also just 25 minutes away.

The local Chamber helps publish Information books that you can pick up in almost all stores and restaurants that offer discounts on all most every thing you need to buy including restaurants,recreation and merchandise. The books also include things to do ,highlights,average air and water temps and maps.

Golf: There are over 250 Golf Courses in the area and T-times can be reserved on a daily bases. There are also coupon books that offer great discounts on green fees and can be picked up at all the local stores and restaurants.

House is non smoking with area outside designated for smoking. Guest must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a guardian or chaperon.
