Hi Ed! Your directions for everything were sure superb! Thank you very much...clear directions make for a hassle free vacation. We did enjoy the area very much. It is accessible to the local beaches and yet close enough to the larger beaches further north. It is also very handy to the grocery store and the fantastic fruit market. We really like the area because it tended to be a little less hectic for that time fo the year which means a little more relaxing for the family. We also lofved the spaciousness of your place. It was so suitable for the needs of our family. I am so glad that I was able to connect up with you and rent your place for our vacation. We will definitely consider coming back next year

Thank you so much!!...We really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was perfect for our large group. We enjoyed the huge kitchen and cooked almost entirely there for the whole trip. We made use of all the pans and cooking utensils. The location in Placida worked out perfect for our group. As the girs wanted to go to many beaches, we were able to travel to nearby beaches rather easily. We went to Englewood, Venice, Siesta Key, Ft Myers as well as the closest beach on Gasparilla Island. While the crowded beaches of siesta Key and Ft Myers were a blast, I enjoyed getting out of the hustle and bustle and heading back to the quiet evenings in Placida. I would definitely consider coming back and renting your unit again. May be more fun with a group of adults rather than so many teenageers so that I could get to enjoy the unit and the balconies and the setting. Thank you Ed. Your townhome unit really helped to make this one of the most memorable vacations in years. I will refer your rental to anyone I know who may be traveling to that area of Florida

Hello Ed We had a wonderful time in Placida! Your home is beautiful and the beaches on Gasparilla Island and Manasota Key area were gorgeous. The home is roomy and it was so nice to have towels and linens and beach equipment already there. We enjoyed the pool and usually had it all to ourselves. Our favorite beaches were at the very tip of Gasparilla Island by the Lighthouse Museum..the waves were strong enough to body surf and there were iguanas along the dunes; the other was Stump Pass Park..we did the nature trail which leads to the very southern tip of Manasota Key..and when we got there..there were a whole bunch of dolphins playing in the pass between the Key and an other island. We watched them for a long time, then walked along the absolutely gorgeous and almost deserted beach. Stump Pass Beach at the end is very wild, with trees going right up to the shore...so beautiful..The home was well stocked with things like olive oil and spices, which was very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped...Again,the home was lovely and your instructions and info were very helful...Thanks, we really loved our stay. Thanks for your generosity. Hopefully we'll be back again someday! Best regards...

Hello Ed. Your unit is BEAUTIFUL111 The whole decor of the house is very relaxing and up to date as far a decor. The location of the unit was perfect. You got to sit on the back lanai and look at the pond or see what's going on in the pool. I really liked that. You had all the necessary stuff that anyone would need for the beach, cooking, grilling,playing outside or just enjoying the quiet evening sitting on the couch; for all ages. Over all, the townhouse unit is the perfect place for any vacation visit and we will definitely use your rental again. We enjoyed the trip very much.

Hi Ed, First off I want to tell you, your house is GEORGEOUS. My family and I had a WONDERFUL FUN FULFILLING weekend. The time we all spent by the pool, in the house laughing and playing UNO and dominios, eating, relaxing looking out the balcony to the lake which by the way there are alligators, but they were cool to watch. It was just an all around awesome mini-vacation. You were right, it was basically only us at the pool. Thank you for everything!!! When I come back I will look you up again to rent & I will spread the word about your house if I hear anyone wanting a vacation. I have actually raved about your place every time I get a chance. Getting people interested in wanting to rent. This is one of my favorite places in Florida to rent from now on...

Thanks Ed....It's really hard for me to find anything wrong with your townhouse...we really loved staying there. It's just a lovely home and your beds were like sleeping on a cloud. If we could come up with a viable business that could sustain us down there we would buy one of the townhouses and move in for good. We really love Boca, so we spent most of our time there..riding bikes and walking the beach...so the location wasn't a problem for us. I also loved the Publix grocery store...it was close enough so we could use it for a reason to take a walk. Also, it was a pleasure doing business with you and thanks for trusting s with your beautiful home
