Sunset Royale is "the best place to be at the beach." Our 4 story building is located just across from world famous Siesta Beach known for its soft, white, powdery sand. We have full beachfront access and unobstructed views of Siesta Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Our luxury one bedroom/one bath condos have open floor plans. Many condos have tiled floors, granite countertops, flat screen tv's, high speed internet, and well equipped and modern furnishings. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels are also provided. We want to make your vacation as special as possible and work hard to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed.

If you want to dine or shop, the Village of Siesta Key is less than a mile away.
