This truly magnificent six bedroom vacation home with three and half bathrooms has been renovated and professionally furnished to the highests standards to make your stay with us as memorable and comfortable as your own home. Our home sleeps up to 14 people comfortably offering all the comforts of home while your away from home. Professionally decorated and furnished with added luxury of euro pillow top mattresses that help to ensure a good nights rest after a day at the parks or shopping. Our newly renovated open concept kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops and new stainless steel appliances will give you the perfect place to have a stay at home meal. The newly renovated open to above family room gives you the comfort and space you will surely enjoy during your stay. We have installed new televisions throughout our home, giving every bedroom their very own. We have a king bedroom with ensuite, a Queen bedroom with ensuite, another Queen bedroom. Upstairs we have two rooms with two twin beds in each and the 6th room has two double beds. Our villa has a private south facing pool with no rear neighbours. This large fully screened and covered Lani with an extended six foot deck has a hot tub for you to relax and enjoy during your stay. We have a child proof fence for the pool area. We have free high speed internet. Free long distance and international calls during your stay.

Sorry we missed your phone calls while in Florida! We took full advantage of all opportunities while we were there, so we were out quite a bit! (and poolside at the house a few evenings!) We truly had a wonderful time in Florida and at the house! It was so nice to come ‘home’ everyday to a spacious, relaxing place! Thank you so much for having us! Just to let you know that I checked the inventory sheet when we arrived and noticed that there was a TV count (5) and a towel count. I did let the management company know that there were 4 tv’s and the towel inventory was short. (This had NO effect on us, I just let them know to ensure that my cc would not be processed for the security deposit).
The girls had a very successful competition and Disney was fantastic, as always!
Again, thank you so much! We really enjoyed ourselves! I hope that we have an opportunity to meet in person sometime!

Your phone call to the Fla home during our stay was a great surprise and very much welcomed.
Our whole family was very satisfied with your beautiful home and this was an opportunity for my adult children, thier partners and some extended family to get together. The accomodations were comfortable, very clean and centrally located. The Global Management people were very friendly and were readily available whenever we needed help.
The only complaint was the screetching pool alarms on the doors, we understand that is a requirement and my family adjusted very well.
We also visited Judy and David, That House is HUGE!
Once again, thank you for opening your door to all of us and hopefully, we will be making vacation plans (hopefully longer stay) soon.

We’re into our final 18 hours (sadly) and trying to get motivated to pack.
Thank you and John very much for the additional table....we’ve put it to good use the last few nights....complete with Star Wars tablecloth (the twins favourite).
A couple of points of final coordination:
· We forgot to mention when you were over that there appears to be a light on in the storage closet off the master bedroom closet.
· We reported to Guest Services this evening that there is a large puddle of water forming in the garage under the water heater. They said they’d send someone over in the morning.

We arrived home safe and sound in Michigan Wednesday night and I had to drop you a note. We had a fabulous time and your house was just perfect for our family. It truly could not have worked out any better! The location was very convenient to all that we wanted to do. The house itself was very clean and well stocked. (We did buy you more face cloths...we go through a lot! :) The layout was great for our family as well. Our youngest daughter has some special needs and the pool was just perfect for her. She loves to be in the water and it was nice not to have to worry about people knocking into her or splashing. It was just wonderful!
Thanks too for working everything out on such short notice. You made it all work so easy and we appreciated that. We definitely will be renting from you again and will pass the info on to friends who head to Orlando. Have a great spring!
