LOCATION:

It is important that you know where you will be staying ....

Orlando Villa Londra is west of Buenaventura Lakes in a residential estate bounded by (very roughly) 417 Greenway to the north and John Young Parkway to the west. Set in a peaceful and tranquil location with some beautiful conservation areas.

Not only will you be nestled into a beautifully appointed vacation home but you will also be conveniently situated for your travels to the theme parks. In addition your location will allow you to explore other parts of Florida including the fabulous beaches, the very quaint downtown Kissimmee area, Silver Spurs Arena and St Cloud to mention but a few.

By taking either East Osceola Parkway or Greenway (417) southwards you will easily get to Celebration, Highway 192 west, Lake Buena Vista. Or Greenway (417) will take you northwards to Cocoa Beach, Winter Park and points north of Orlando WITHOUT ever having to drive on the very busy I4 at all! Irlo Bronson Highway (192) will take you east to Melbourne Beach and along the east coast of Florida.

And of course, convenient for the airports being just 15/20 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and 50/55 minutes drive from Orlando Sanford Airport.

We have Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie and Publix, Macdonalds, KFC/Taco Bell, TGI Friday and Cracker Barrell, plus Pizza Hut and Domino - free home delivery service, all within 5 minutes of the villa. And, if the children really can't do without Macdonalds it's JUST 2 MINUTES AWAY!

Just 2 miles from The Loop on Osceola Parkway only 4 minutes drive. Where you will find some great stores including JC Penney, Kolh's, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy, in addition to the Regal Cinema, and plenty more places to eat. We can recommend Mimi's Cafe; Macaroni Grill, Shane's Rib Shack and for a quick bite Wendy's. Oh and don't forget to visit Ben & Jerry's for some yummy ice cream!!

ACCOMMODATION:

FORMAL LIVING ROOM features a cathedral ceiling fitted with a ceiling fan in addition to full air-conditioning for yourcomfort. Imagine sitting back in those luxurious sofas admiring the pool, sunbathing deck and conservation wood beyond. And dont forget the 51 inch PLASMA HDTV with 250+ HD and digital cable channels, plus DVD player and DVD library!

FAMILY ROOM: fantastic bonus extra space for you to chill in which overlooks the side and front gardens of the property and allows you to relax and enjoy some quiet time away from the rest of the family, whilst still having the convenience of digital cable TV, DVD player and DVD library plus a new Nintendo Wii with 4, yes 4, controllers .... fun for all the family!

KITCHEN which is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including microwave, ice-making fridge, coffee filter, blender, George Foreman grill, and good quality crockery and cutlery for twelve place settings, plus, of course, an American coffee pot and English teapot too! There is a breakfast nook seating 4. Breakfast bar with bar stools too.

The fully screened and heatable SUNNY SOUTH FACING POOL with a wonderful conservation view plus tall Hibiscus hedge to the side for added privacy to the extended sunbathing deck. The spacious sunbathing deck is furnished with sun loungers, padded chairs in typical Floridian colours, side tables and patio/dining table and chairs plus a BBQ for alfresco dining. Gas BBQ Grill also available to rent on a daily or weekly basis.

The COVERED LANAI offers shade during the afternoon and has outside lighting for evening use.

It is quite safe for the children to kick a ball about or play tennis/cricket etc outside the screened area in the garden, which is laid to lawn.

The ground floor Majestic Master Suite with luxuriously comfortable Queen bed, and en-suite facilities which include a huge walk-in shower (big enough to share!), hairdryer and curling tongs too. The Majestic Master has beautiful rosewood furniture, digital cable TV, ceiling fan, telephone and Wi-Fi. Your Majestic Master Suite has glass sliding doors to the pool area. The convenience of being on the ground floor is especially handy for those who are unable to use stairs.

The first floor Gorgeous Guest Queen is a lovely room which has been furnished with beautiful chic furniture, luxurious queen (5') bed. A tranquil room overlooking the vast conservation to the rear of the property. In the Gorgeous Guest Queen room you can enjoy the cooling wisps of the ceiling fan with gentle awakening by the alarm-clock radio - just because we don't want you to miss that special event at the park!

The Twin Bedrooms are both decorated to delight children of all ages. The Bright Beach Twin and Supercharged Disney Pixar Cars Twin are furnished with 2 twin beds in each room, large wardrobes and storage cabinets. Each twin bedroom has a TV/DVD and Playstation with assorted games and suitable DVDs, and ceiling fan too. Our Beach Twin beds can convert into a King bed, if required.

All living and bedrooms in your vacation rental are air-conditioned and also fitted with ceiling fans for added comfort on those super hot Floridian summer days.

The Family Bathroom has a full size tub, over-bath shower, vanity basin, toilet, hairdryer and hair straighteners, in addition to lots of luxury quality towels.

In addition there is a further bathroom on the ground floor comprising vanity sink and wc.

We now offer better in-house entertainment for children of all ages with AIR HOCKEY and FOOSBALL tables in addition to 140 channels of DIGITAL CABLE TV and TWO Playstations with assorted games and toy box for the little ones. FREE 24 HOUR WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION - just bring your laptop it couldn't be easier!
