Bedrooms 2 and 3 are adjoined by the second bathroom (sometimes called a 'Jack & Jill'). This houses sink, toilet, bath with shower, large mirrored wall with lighting.
The Main Bedroom En-Suite boasts two wash basins with mirrored backing wall, bath, separate shower,toilet and mirrored doors leading into the walk-in closet.
Bed linen is supplied for all bedrooms with additional pillows and blankets available if needed.
The spacious lounge has two sofas enabling guests to relax in comfort and be entertained by cable serviced color HD TV, watch a video or DVD, surf the net.
Triple patio doors lead from the lounge onto lanai and into pool area.
Should you wish to dine in, a dining table with 6 chairs is provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped with:
microwave oven
large conventional cooker
dish washer
large fridge/freezer(with ice maker)
twin sinks with garbage disposal
coffee maker
juicer
blender
electric kettle
electric can opener
In addition, you will find sufficient dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery to accommodate 8 people.
Plastic plates, drinking vessels, etc.,are provided for use around the pool area to avoid the dangers of broken glass.

A dining table and four cushioned chairs are on the pool deck in the shaded area(lanai). There are also three cushioned loungers.
The pool is 30 feet long by 15 feet at its widest, solar heated and screened.
Another door from the pool area leads into the third bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, and wash basin.
With its direct access, it is very useful for showering before and after using the pool, enabling guests to change out of wet clothes before entering the rest of the accommodation.
Towels are provided for all bathrooms and beach towels for use around the pool area.
Sited in the large garage you will find a washing machine and a hot-air dryer.
The villa has propane gas bbq, HD television, DVD player, video player, internet and cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds,radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
No charge for calls within USA and Canada.

Villa lovely, better than we expected.
The bungalow was more impressive than the owners stated. Its position was ideal, nice and quiet after a very long day at the parks but central enough to get anywhere within 20 minutes.

The property was exactly as described and more. The location was close to a Publix, Walgreens, McDonalds, and a gas station, yet in a quiet area with hardly any traffic. It was close to I-4, which made getting to the attractions easy, especially Disney World. I would recommend taking the toll road to Sea World or Universal if you are going at Easter break time, as the traffic on I-4 is extremely heavy. The propery was very clean, well-maintained, and well supplied with towels, linens, and kitchen items. The pool and deck were larger than expected, and the gas grill was handy for cookouts. The interior was also larger than expected with plenty of room for our family of six. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and look forward to staying there again.

Excellent place to stay while visiting the area amusement parks.We were pleasantly surprised when entering the home as it was above expectation. Very clean and the tv has been upgraded to lcd.The pool was by far the most popular place of the house. Great place to unwind and let the kids splash around. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again!

Wonderful. The house was clean when we arrived and it perfect in so many different ways. The pool was awsome!!!! It was nice not being right in the heart of Orlando, as it gave us no time restrictions. Getting around was very easy. Highly recommend this location and I don't think we will ever look at resort locations after this. Much better then staying in a hotel and no worries of "Time Share Sharks". The area was very quite and well maintained and the neibours very friendly!! Can't wait to book it again!!!

It was nice to relax around the private pool area in the afternoon, or a cool-down swim after a long day with Mickey. Spacious and clean with all the comforts of home. Just returned from Florida. Was there from May 28-June 7, 2010. The house was everything we hoped for and more. It was very clean, and was nice to hang out by the pool after a long day. The location was perfect, it was close to everthing but away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Hope to return at a future date. Highly recommend it to anyone.
