This 2nd floor condo is in the beautiful quiet community of New Smyrna Beach on the east coast of Florida. The building has a central fire detector and extinguisher, with all units ocean front. Very quiet and relaxing. Watch shuttle and other cape launches from your private balcony.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a dresser with a mirror, television, telephone, and a walk in closet. The main bathroom has a private entrance to the guest bedroom.

Renters have access to the roof top lounge with pool tables, kitchen, game tables, fire place, and televisions.

Heated Olympic size pool.
