Dolphins are often spotted from the balcony as they make their way along the shore to feed. Meals can also be enjoyed with an ocean view from the dining room, breakfast nook or snack bar. The well appointed kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a romantic gourmet meal or a fun family treat.
Luxurious common area includes a state of the art workout room with TV's and clubroom for gatherings or enjoying the large screen TV. Shoot a game of pool with friends or meet them in the hot tub after a day of fun in the sun at the sugar sandy beach and refreshing pool.

Kick back and relax in the evenings in a cozy living room enjoying soft music, your favorite dvd or cable TV program. The Master suite has a TV/VCR. Evenings are perfect for a romantic stroll on the beach or star gazing from the balcony.
A play station and their own TV entertains the kids,as well as a variety of games and activities.Kids will enjoy crab hunting on the beach with flashlights or shell hunting early in the morning. The beach is abundant with wildlife and is home to nesting sea turtles and rare birds that stop along their way to winter nesting grounds. Putt putt golf is located directly across the street from the condo.
The beach is alive with daytime activities. Rentals of 4 wheelers bikes boogie boards umbrellas and golf carts are just steps away. The main life guard station is located right in front of the condo as well.
Tower 10 by Dimucci is only minutes from all the action of Race Weeks, Bike weeks, and other special events. Enjoy the night life of Daytona and all it has to offer!
The airport, Daytona Cubs ball field, the Flea market, Voulsia Mall are just 15 minutes away. The Daytona Beach Boardwalk, Daytona Dog Track, and an abundance of golf courses are practically at your doorstep.
Boat rentals are available for a leisurely afternoon on the St. Johns river and fishing from the Sun Glo Pier or charter boat.
All the excitement of the amusement parks are just an hour away in Orlando. Spend the day at the Disney parks and still be close to home. The Orlando Airport is one hour away. The Kennedy Space center is 30 minutes south and St. Augustine, just one hour north.
Fabulous restaurants featuring everything from great seafood to Italian are up and down A1A from Ponce Inlet to Daytona. Rub elbows with the locals at DJ's Oyster Deck, as well as Pat's Diner at the Marina. Be sure to watch for manatees in the inter-coastal!

I am from Windsor On. Canada,have stayed in this unit on several occassions and have no complaints whatsoever with this property. Every room provides a magnificent view of either the ocean or the intracoastal and the sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. It is a large end unit with nothing obstructing the view to the north, east and west. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are mere minutes away and Orlando and Disney are only one hour. The owner is very proud of her unit and maintains it in excellent condition. Rates are consistant with the market and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. It is on the beach, great pool, hottub and is a secure building for your comfort and safety.

We chose this condo because of the location and the views...and we were not disappointed! We enjoyed our stay here very much. It is a very spacious and comfortable "home away from home". There was plenty of room for our family of five. The owner was very friendly and helpful and I would certainly recommend this condo.
