The Egret features two King suites, a glass walled Queen bedroom which overlooks the pool and also provides an office area. This wing with its own bath, also offers a Twin Bedroom with extra long beds. Swim, splash and sun on the generous lanai which features a sheltered dining area in the outdoor kitchen area. The large pool with spa overlooks a lake and preserve adding heightened seclusion. Plantation shutters add to the rich tropical decor accenting a great room which has oversized plentiful white leather furniture--all recliners. You can relax there after your day of touring and enjoy a 60" plasma TV, one of the four TV's in the home.High speed internet connection with WiFi will keep you connected. Solar heating for the large pool and spa is provided and electric heat is also available with indoor Aqua Tech Controls. You will find this exceptionally clean getaway home in the Briarwood manned and gated community which has extensive sidewalk systems-great for walking or cycling. The home is set well back on a cul- de- sac street so noise and traffic will not interfere with your calm and quiet getaway. The Egret is just minutes away from downtown and the 5 Naples' beaches. It's central location makes all points north and south within easy driving. After shopping, dining or exploring the Everglades or Waterside Shops, come home to all the privacy and relaxation that this home offers. You are guaranteed an ultra clean home, fine furnishings, excellent maintainance and instant service.
Low season is May 1-Sept 30.Fall season is Oct. 1-Dec. 14 High season is December 15-April 30. Multiple months preferred in high season but inquire as single months or weeks may be available. Please indicate dates, number in party and number of children. Couple discount applies. Rates posted are for 4 persons.Small parties preferred.
To above rate add 10% tax, $200 cleaning and $500 returnable security deposit plus $100 BPOA Gated community registration fee. Solar heat is provided and electric heat is available. Bicycles and crib are available upon request.
