Our Home is situated in the established Golf Community of Southern Dunes. Located in Haines City, less than a 20 minutes from Disney. Southern Dunes is a Beautiful, Gated, 4 1/2 Star Golf Resort and Country Club ranked in the top 100 courses in the US by Golf Digest. We are close enough to the parks but far enough away to not be paying all the tourist prices.

Polk County is a Golfers Paradise and has over 30 Golf Courses to choose from.

Our Home has everything to make your next Holiday the most memerable ever. We have a 52 inch HDTV in the Great Room with 5.1 Dolby Digital DVD Surround Sound System and a Dual Tuner HDTV DVR. We offer Two Master Bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and Walk-in Closets and 32 inch Monitor TV'S and 5.1 surround Sound, Unlimited Local, Regional and Long Distance calling in the United States and Canada, High speed Internet with a computer,and a Complete Games Room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey Game, Fossball, Dart Board.

We offer a South Facing Privately Screened Swimming Pool, with a 8 color, 10 function LED Pool Light and an Outdoor Gas Grill.

When it comes time to have some Fun, You'll find all the Major Attractions within a short drive, we're only 20 minutes to disney and 25 minutes to Universal studio's and Seaworld.If the Ocean has your interest, you can drive to either coast in about an hour.

Amenities outside the front gates within walking distance include a 24 hour WalMart SuperStore, Winn Dixie, Banks, Pharmacy's, Mediacal Facility's, Spa's and all kinds of restaurants including Fast Food. A Hospital is located within a 5 minute drive.There are two big Malls within a ten minute drive.

There are numerious Golf Courses within a 20 minute drive including Champions Gate and Diamondback.

January 1 to December 31.. Holiday Rates which include Christmas, New years, Easter, Etc. for $1450 per week. A $250 security deposit, refundable within 10 days if the Home Checks out satisfactory.Cleaning Fees included in 7 night stay. $120 cleaning fee for less than 7 night stay. $400 deposit at time of making reservation.Full payment due 6o days prior to arrival.


OTHER FEES

All Rates in United States Funds. Plus 12% Sales and Lodging Tax.
