Positioned in the heart of Kissimmee with great access to highway 192 just a few minutes drive from the Disney theme parks. Terra Verde is one of the best resorts where it really is closer to the magic. This lovely gated community has wonderful facilities on site and they are free to our guests. Club House, Basket Ball Court, Gymnasium, Community Swimming Pool, Fishing, Childrens Play Area, Tiki Bar, Conciege Service and Wireless Internet Access are all free for you to enjoy.

This fully air conditioned three bedroom town house set in the heart of this community has all of the comforts of home, free Wi-FI, Cable TV, DVD, Oven, Stove, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer. The unit is big enough to sleep up to eight guests, however four to six guests would be the ideal number to allow a very comfortable stay indeed.

There is a rear patio area which is complete with table, chairs and sun loungers and your very own private spa.

DEPOSITS:

20% non refundable deposit will secure a booking, with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida.

A check for $200 will be required to be sent
with final payment of booking as a security deposit against any damage to the property. If there is any damage to the property the check will be cashed, otherwise will be returned to you by post after checking out.

OTHER FEES:

Stays of less than 7 nights considered, but $80 cleaning fee will be applied.

Early check in and late check outs are available for a nominal fee on requests. However these are subject to availability.

If you have to cancel your rental agreement the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel 8 weeks before arrival 100% of the balance will be refunded.
If you cancel 4 weeks before arrival 50% of the balance will be refunded.
Less than 4 weeks no refund will be given unless another renter can be found.

We stayed here Dec. 2008. It is a very nice place to stay. Very clean and spacious for 6 people. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Pool area very relaxing. A nice quiet area. It was nice accomodations for a great vacation. Close to shopping and attractions. Hope to return.
