Sitting in a rear south facing position, this 4 bedroom villa is an ideal place to spend your vacation. The villa has everything that is required to have a fantastic vacation and it sits on the well developed Eagle Point Community.

The property is single story and has an open planned design, which gives the property a really roomy,yet snug feel. As you walk through the door you have a kitchen to the right which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher,washing machine and dryer. There is a dining area to your left which has seating for five and with additional seating for four people in the breakfasting kitchen, there is ample room for the family.

The dining area backs on to the lounge area which is superbley furnished with three seater sofa and love seat. The lounge has a 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD and cable which meets all of your entertainment requirements. From there you have two sliding doors which lead you directly to your own private pool area, where you can spend the days lounging around whilst getting that all important tan.

The house sleeps eight people as it has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a King bed, TV for entertainment and its very own en-suite complete with bath and shower. The second bedroom has a full sized bed with TV and DVD, while the final two bedrooms have two sets of twin beds in them.All of these three bedrooms share one bathroom which is positioned between bedroom two and three. This really is an ideal house for one large or two smaller families to vacation!
