Welcome to our superb 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with larger than normal south west facing pool and spa which is located in a quiet cul de sac in the popular residential development of Hamilton's Reserve. We are situated only a 10 minute drive east of Disney and other attractions are near at hand. Highway 192, which is Kissimmee's main shopping and dining area, is less than a mile from our home and both Wal-Mart and Publix stores can be reached within minutes. Our home provides you with 1792 sq feet of living space which is much larger than the normal 3 bedroom home.
All bedrooms are situated upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and the en suite bathroom comes with a Roman tub, shower cubicle and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom 3 is designed for children and has bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a single on top. An en suite bathroom is shared with bedroom 2. All bedrooms have multi channel cable T.V.'s and D.V.D. players and bedroom 3 has a Playstation 2 with a selection of games for your enjoyment.
On the spacious ground floor is a formal living room and dining area. There is also a family room with multi channel cable T.V., D.V.D. player and a stereo system. A selection of C.D.'s, books and board games are also provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will require during your stay and next to the kitchen is a casual dining area with a large table and chairs.
A washer/dryer is also provided and is situated next to the kitchen.
High speed internet connection is provided and all you need to bring is your laptop and an Ethernet cable. All your local and international phone calls can be made free of charge. The house has a monitored alarm system for added security. The management company are located nearby and are on call 24 hours should you encounter any problems.

Beautiful home right in the heart of Kissimee. Very short drive to Disney which was wonderful. Close to shops and interstate as well. Home was spacious, clean and bright and a generous size for our party of six. Pool was nice and big as was the backyard, it was also nice and private. Very quiet neighborhood perfect for families. Owners were very courteous and replied promptly to all of our questions. Would most definitely stay again!
