A luxurious 5 bedroom/4 bath house with a private south facing large pool and spa (not overlooked at the rear) situated within the prestigious Silver Creek development, only 15 minutes (10 miles) from Disney World Florida, and only 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Silver Creek is 2 miles from the junction of Highway 192 and 27. The home itself is about one mile from the H 27, where there is a Wal-Mart supermarket, and the new Cagan's Crossing mall with its range of shops and restaurants. It is only 2 miles from H192 with its vast array of restaurants and attractions. It is easy and convenient to get anything you may want.
Our light, airy and immaculate home is fully furnished with everything you could need, from cable TVs, DVD, video, sterio, I pod docker and Playstation 2 to microwave, from washer/dryer to linen and towels. The cable package has 100 channels including BBC America, Fox and ESPN Sport for European soccer. There is a high speed wireless internet connection for your laptop and the house has a burglar alarm to protect your belongings.
The house can comfortably sleep up to 10 people and because of the number of beds in the five bedrooms, parties of up to eight golfers are able to sleep in separate beds.
There is a games room with foosball and an air hockey table.
