Our luxury 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa is located in a quiet community in the Davenport area, which is about 15 minutes' drive from the Disney and other Theme Parks.
It is situated off the US-27 and one mile from the junction of the Interstate 4, the gateway to all the excitement the Orlando area has to offer. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, and Sanford Airport approximately 60 minutes.
The bright, fresh, air-conditioned accommodation sleeps up to 8 people (10 by using the sofabed in the lounge) and consists of two master bedrooms (each with en suite facilities), one double bedroom and one twin bedrooms. There is a third shower room and an additional WC.
A travel cot/crib, stroller and booster-seat have been provided for the use of our guests who have young children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. There are also laundry facilities with a full size washer and separate dryer.
The elegant dining table has seating for 6 people and there is an attractive corner nook for extra seating.
The lounge area has a 46" HDTV plus DVD player, two sofas (one converts to a double bed) and an easy chair. It is a very light and spacious room, and overlooks the pool.
Wireless (WiFi) Broadband is now available and we have recently added a pool/table tennis table, darts board and charcoal barbecue - all housed in the garage.
Outside is a 28-foot screened pool, spa and a spacious pool deck. Pool heating can be arranged on request. On the pool deck there is plenty of pool furniture on which to relax. The villa is not overlooked to the rear.
We have recently inserted hand-rails leading into the swimming pool and hot tub, to improve access and safety for our guests, particularly older visitors, children or anyone with impaired mobility.
The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and again after your departure. Use of all linen and bath towels is provided free of charge.

Pool heating (recommended October thru April) is normally an additional US$25 per day, unless there is a special offer in place. The house is cleaned before and after arrival. Extra cleans can be arranged at US$75 each clean. Stays of 5 nights or less may be possible, but this will incur a charge for cleaning of US$75.
Payment by PayPal will incur approximately a 3% surcharge to offset the charges made to the owners by PayPal.
