Fiesta Key is positioned in the heart of Kissimmee with great access to highway 192. We are only 10 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks.
Fiesta Key is one of the most recent up and coming resorts where it is closer to the magic. This lovely gated community has wonderful facilities on site and they are free to our guests.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Living Room
The living area has two comfortable sofas, one of which opens out to a queen sleeper, there are also 2 slouch chairs which are ideal for the kids. There is a large TV with digital cable, DVD player, CD player and a wide range of DVDs, books and toys to suit all ages.

Dining Area
The formal dining area is the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal after a long day at the parks.
Adjacent to the kitchen is another dining area in the bay window of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen has been equipped with everything you will need.
Coffee maker, Dishwasher, Washer/dryer, Oven, Hob, Fridge freezer, tableware for 8, plastic cups and plates etc for kids.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom - Queen bed, walk in closet, Cable TV with DVD player and an en-suite bathroom with double walk-in shower.
2nd Bedroom - Double bed, walk in closet and Cable TV.
3rd Bedroom - A Mickey themed room with twin beds, MICKEY shaped cable TV.

FREE use of Baby Equipment
This includes a cot/playpen, toddler bed, highchair, push chair / stroller, bouncy chair, changing mat, playmat, stairgate, bed rail, toddler walker, toddler toys.

Other Items
FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET access and FREE LOCAL CALLS, electric outdoor grill, an extra fold away bed, pool toys.

RESORT INFORMATION

Swimming Pool
At the rear of the clubhouse is the large free form heated swimming pool. The pool has a stepped entrance with depths ranging from 3 to 6 feet.
The swimming pool is set amongst lush palm trees and shrubs which provide shade from the sun when needed. There are many sun loungers around the deck of the pool along with table and chairs to soak up the sun on.

Clubhouse
The clubhouse is located at the entrance to the resort. Inside there is comfortable sitting area with a large Plasma TV and DVD player,there is also a music player, card tables, games and books to enjoy.
There is a small kitchen area for guests to use.
Restrooms are provide both inside and out.

Gym and Tennis Court
Within the clubhouse you will find the gym featuring a full multi-gym, 3 running machines and exercise bikes.
At the side of the clubhouse is the floodlit tennis court.
We have provided tennis rackets and balls at the house for your use.

Children's Playground
The children's playground is situated in the garden circle approx 100 yards from the house.

Jogging Trail
The jogging trail extends around the outside of the resort behind most of the properties and lakes. It also links to the network of pathways in the adjoining developments.

DEPOSITS:

A non-refundable reservation deposit of $200 is required at time of booking.
The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks before your arrival.
A refundable security deposit of $300 is due with your final payment.
If you stay is 28 days or more then the reservation and security deposits are $500

OTHER FEES:

If you stay is less than 7 days or greater than 28 days then you will incurr a cleaning charge of $75.
