Our 3 bed / 2 bath villa is one of the largest in the subdivision, giving you an immense 1920 sq feet of pure vacation luxury. Our fully air-conditioned home is fitted with ceiling fans for additional comfort, and features all you need to make this vacation very special.

Located in the mainly residential community of Lindfields, you are near to everything you may need, but far enough off the track to enjoy some quality leisure time. Sitting in a 1/4 acre of ground, there is no fear of sharing a poolside conversation with your neighbours, sadly not so on most newly built vacation rental subdivisions. With little traffic using our suburban street you can enjoy uninterrupted naps alongside the pool, and the fully fenced plot protects your privacy.

Lounge around on the comfy sofas in our vast living room, with its huge cathedral ceiling, which also incorporates our formal dining area with seating for six. For more relaxed times watch TV, play DVDs, or listen to the radio in the family room. This large open plan area also incorporates our fully equipped kitchen and informal dining area, once again with seating for six.

From the light and airy family room step out onto the roomy pool deck, complete with a generous amount of pool furniture. Cook a steak on our Gas BBQ. Dine alfresco poolside and then enjoy a cool beer as you sleep off your meal on one of our comfy loungers. Our fully screened pool – a generous 27 x 16 – awaits when you need to refresh, and as the sun deck faces both South and West, you can enjoy deliciously warm water and the beautiful Florida sun right up until sunset. The pool is subtly lit at night-time, perfect for a romantic evening sipping on cool wine late into the night.

Our split bedroom plan allows for additional privacy. The master suite – an overly generous 34 x 13 – leads off from the formal living room and gives tired parents their own special place to retreat to. Complete with king sized bed, ample furniture, and TV, you can relax as you look out onto the pool deck. The suite also incorporates an immense walk in closet and the master bathroom. Here you will find dual vanity units, generously sized walk-in shower cubicle, a large garden bath, as well as WC.

The two remaining bedrooms - one queen and one twin - lead off from the family room. These are conveniently situated beside the second family bathroom, which features WC, single vanity unit, and bath/shower combo. Our home sleeps a maximum of 8 adults - if using the queen sized sofa bed - as well as an infant.

For the baby we provide a portacrib, stroller, and highchair free of charge. Our home is fitted with pool door alarms for the safety of your little ones and your peace of mind.For your children’s entertainment, as well as your own, we provide books, family games and DVD’s, pool toys and PS 2. If downtime from work is an issue, bring along your laptop and hook up via our free wifi service.

All bed linens, towels and pool towels are provided, and the utility room is fully equipped for all your washday needs with large capacity washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.

For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept pets and smoking is not permitted inside our home, however ashtrays are provided for use on the pool deck.
