This Beautiful 1 Bedroom, 1 Full/1 Half Bath unit sleeps up to 4 guests. Our unit is Fully Furnished with Fully Equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, 1 Cable TV in Living Room, 1 Cable Flat Screen TV in Bedroom, WI FI, Telephone, New Tile, New Carpet and Private Balcony. Large Bedroom includes 1 New King Size Bed & a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Resort Amenities include New Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Exercise Room, Billiards Room, 2 Gas Grills & a Pavilion for Barbecues and Gatherings! The Resort is within walking distance to over 15 Restaurants, Stores & Gift Shops. Enjoy Walking on 2 Miles of White Sandy Beaches with Jet Ski, Umbrella & Chair rentals directly on the Beach in front of the Resort!

My husband & I stayed here for a wonderful week in July. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with all you need for a great holiday. The condo is right on the beautiful St Pete Beach with its own pool and outdoor area for relaxing and is also within easy walking distance of several restaurants and shops. A bus runs regularly along Gulf Boulevard from Pass-a-Grille to Clearwater so you don't have to drive if you don't want to, to do a bit of sightseeing. Friendly, welcoming staff and no noise at night! Fabulous holiday - can't wait to come back!
