This rental was a wonderful place to spend our vacation. The property was clean, well maintained, and up to date. Location was ideal!! Close to lots of places and things to do. Very convenient for the Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg, ect. area. Water front property and close to several beaches!! Was able to even watch dolphins from balcony! The restaurant next door was also a real positive experience for us. We loved it! The owner was helpful and courteous. We would definitely recommend this condo to others..friends and relatives. We hope to go back soon and will definitely try to stay there again. Great experience! No disappointments!

We were welcomed on arrival by the owner, and all facilities were professionally explained. The property was spotless.
Everything worked!
The view over the bay is terrific, and sitting on the balcony a real treat.
Shops and restuarants in easy reach.
The pool was very tempting but it was too cold (being the coldest February for years!) for us to test it!
We played golf on 3 occasions at different courses - all within 20 minutes of the property. Beaches within 10 minutes.
We were a couple and found the space in the appartment quite adequate. It would take an additional 2 children but would be pushed to take 4 adults.
Altogether we had a great time and were well looked after by the owners.

My Family and I travelled down in April 2009 and we had an excellent stay. The owner met us and gave us excellent service with maps of nearest grocery locations and attractions that were close by. The condo was well equiped with towels and essential needs. It was really close to all of the beaches and main roads. The view on the bay was spectacular, especially in the morning watching the dolpins in the water. I would recomend this condo to all my friends as the stay really made it feel homely.

My wife and 2 teen agers just returned from a week stay at this property. I found it to be conveniently located with beaches just minutes away as well as all areas of shopping some within walking distance. The condo is comfortable ,well supplied and clean. Offers a fantastic view of the bay with maximum sun exposure. Dolphins are a daily sighting only feet from your second floor balcony. The pool is clean and surrounded by a large sitting area, hot tub also very inviting. We found it comfortable for the 4 of us and the owners also brought in a portable bed to allow my son and daughter their own bed. The restaurant next door provides excellent food with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. I would stay here again as it met all of our expectations.

This was our first time in Florida. We live in the Mid West.
Picking a place over the internet was also new for us.
On the day we arrived the owner called me to may sure we were not lost. He met us outside the condo. When my husband and I walked in I was shocked. It was more than I had expected. It was very clean and modern with a great view. We took our two grandchildren ages 10 & 15 and had plenty or room. If we had stayed in a hotel we would of paid much more and got much less! I would wake up early for some quiet time and sit out on the balcony with my cup of coffee and watch the dolphins play. The children would join me later and we all would watch the dolphins and all the different kinds of birds. We had a woulderful time in Florida I can not wait until we go back. Maybe for a romantic getaway or girls trip!

My friends and I stayed here on the May long weekend. What a great place. We came to Florida fr a relaxing weekend, and we sure found it here. The first night there, we unpacked and sat out on the balcony... and watched the dolphins swimming in the bay! You couldn't ask for a nicer view. The condo is in great shape, clean and everything is new. Good location, just a short drive away to John's Pass... walking distance to a Target. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent view of the Bay. The Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to shopping, restaurants and within a short drive to the Gulf Beaches.
We saw Dolphins and Manatees. Some good places for fishing nearby.
The Green Iguana next door offered a great meal.
The owners were a great help and very friendly. Easy to rent and the rate was good.
It is hard to find a one bedroom condo that is this well taken care of.
Felt very comfortable in this condo and hope to return.

What a wonderful surprise with this bayview condo! Perfect for a family of 4 and had more amenities than a hotel at an even better rate. Customer service was above and beyond. Located near shops, restaurants and the airport. The onsite laundry was a super bonus! To go home with the clothes already clean makes going home slightly less sad. The pool was great! Wish we could have stayed longer.

This will be our future place to stay when we return to Florida to visit our family in the area. The rental process was prompt and easily completed; the unit was very clean with nice furnishings, and the view was fantastic overlooking the bay and the marina. We saw dolphins playing in the water. The Green Iquana restaurant with great food and reasonable prices was right next door so we could walk to it across the parking lot. Sometimes we could hear the music from the restaurant, but barely, so it wasn't really bothersome. Target and many restaurants and a mall were very near by. Great location.
