Your accommodation in our immaculately clean and deceptively spacious home is split over two floors. Sleeping requirements are covered in 3 bedrooms, plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room for larger parties. We also provide you with a crib for your younger family members. An exceptional and rarely found feature is that all three bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms as well as walk-in closets. Upstairs you will find the queen bedded master with TV, shower, bath & vanity unit. Also on this floor is the twin bedroom with TV, Playstation 2, family games, shower, bath & vanity unit. Along the hallway is the laundry area with large capacity washer and dryer. On the ground floor you will find all the utensils you could need in our fully equipped kitchen with walk-in pantry. Serve culinary masterpieces or quick convenience meals on the roomy dining table with seating for six. The cosy family room, complete with TV & Video Player, leads directly out to our pool area. Also on this floor is a further bedroom with queen bed, walk-in shower and vanity unit.

Your vacation home enjoys a peaceful end of cul-de-sac location, just a short stroll from the numerous facilities of the clubhouse. The private pool deck has high side walls, is unoverlooked at the rear and the lanai is fully screened for your comfort. A patio set is provided for alfresco dining, and sunloungers will help you to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine. Whilst almost 6 feet deep, the pool also has ledge seating and jets to create that spa feeling. Your pool is lit at night for you to enjoy relaxing dips after a long day at the theme parks. Optional pool heating can be provided for you during the winter months.

Families with children are particularly welcome. For the safety and comfort of our younger guests we provide all the following free of charge: pool door alarms, pool safety fence, pool toys, stroller, portacrib, highchair and stairgate.

Our home is smoke-free, although smoking is permitted on the pool deck. We operate a no pets policy as resort regulations prohibit pets in our home.
