This ground-level, ocean-front home offers the best beaches in Southwest Florida just outside your door. Located directly on the beach. Home is new construction and very upscale as well as direct ocean front. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished.Sleeps from 2-8 guests with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. (fold out sleeper sofa is available for two additional guests so that there is the possibility of up to 10 guests) There is also outside showers and foot wash available. Lush tropical gardens with decks, paths, pergolas, fountains, topiaries, landscaping and outside living as well. Gorgeous sunsets nightly. Shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities are endless. The island of Fort Myers Beach offers a great night life as well as a family atmosphere. Naples, Sanibel, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs are all within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Airport is 25 minutes. The home is located on Ft Myers Beach a resort community with every vacation amenity imaginable. Ft Myers Beach is a family oriented vacation destination. The home isn't a typical rental. It is very upscale, newly constructed as well as direct ocean front with crown molding, large base board. stained glass. Hand painted floor lanai. Beautifully decorated and appointed and extensive gardens. 5 entrances and beautiful view of the beach from throughout home and much more.There are mounted flat-screen tv's in every bedroom as well as large screen tv in family room.

For our 2 week holiday in Florida I found with 4 friends (all in our early 30ies) the perfect place in Fort Myers Beach. The home on the beach located on the ground level with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms easily sleeps 2 couples in their own bedrooms and 4 extra people sharing the third bedroom. There is also a full sofa bed in the family room if need be. The kitchen is well equipped so you find everything you need for some decent cooking. Not to forget the state of the art washing machine and the clothes dryer. So don’t make the same mistake as we did and take too many clothes with you, especially as there are lots to shop! Upon arriving the home was very clean and all the linen for inside use already prepared. (Bring towels for the outside use!) The absolute highlight of this location is certainly the garden: in fact there are no words to describe it properly. In reality it’s much better than on the pictures, certainly as good as in any 5 star hotel. There is plenty of space to sit or lay around and hanging out in the Jacuzzi under the stars enjoying a drink overlooking the garden and the sea was just amazing. The beach itself is breathtaking with lots of shells to collect and according to travel channel one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. When we were there (pretty much off season) in September, we seemed to have our private beach...
The area of Fort Myers Beach has all you need within a short drive (Publix supermarket, CVS pharmacy etc.). And within a 30 minutes drive you get to some great outlet shopping malls (e.g. Miromar). There are many restaurants nearby, but with such a beautiful house and garden you don’t really want to go out for dinner.
Your host Nick is just great. He’s eager to make your stay as memorable as possible and helps you with lots of tips and tricks on where to go and what to do. But still he’s very discrete and not disturbing you at all.
So overall: we really had the time of our life and we’re looking forward to get back to this piece of paradise on earth.

The vacation of a life time. The island had every imaginable activity for families and our family of 6 took advantage of as many as we could in the two weeks we spent in this vacation paradise. This home offered us our own private oasis in the middle of Ft Myers Beach. It was like having our own private luxury hotel grounds. We have always stayed at high end hotels in the past and decided to try an upscale private rental instead. We couldn't have been more pleased. The home is very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean with all new appliances and television sets mounted in every room. We visited many gourmet restaurants, went to the zoo, fished, boated, sailed, walked, ran, wave-ran, took in a play, and enjoyed the beautiful white sands of the almost private beach. This home and this island offer the vacation site of a life time. We'll be back and thank you.

Our whole experience was wonderful here, the landscaping was exquisite, and so peaceful. Our children loved the hot tuwb, they called it there own personal pool. We had a hard time getting them out. Nick, was so helpful, and we loved talking with him and his wife. There are so many places to relax, hearing the water fountains in the evening was soothing. Nick inspired us to do something (even if only half) as beauitful in our own yards. Great accomidations and just a very upscale place. We absoutly loved our stay!!!!!! Our visit to the States was highlighted by our stay at this exclusive vacation destination. We are two families totaling 7 and spent two week at Disney and two weeks at this rental home. Although we enjoyed our entire visit our stay on Ft Myers Beach at this site was the highlight of our visit. The home is just beautiful. Well appointed with every amenity. Linen, beach chairs, umbrellas, grills, outdoor showers, jacuzzi etc. The home is very nicely furnished and neat and clean.The kichen was newly remodeled with all new appliances and very user friendly. Tv's for the children mounted in every bedroom. We can't say enough about the gardens. We thought Disney was nice but having your own private resort was a special treat. The island offered every imaginable activity for families. We rented a private boat to site see dolphins and manitees and went deep sea fishing, visited the everglades, the zoo and the Edison-Ford estates etc. There is shopping unlimited and you are very close to every attraction. The beach is a real find as we never saw more than a dozen people as far as the eye could see. The sands were white and there is much wildlife with nesting birds and turtles. This vacation site was a real find and we'll be back next year.

The botanical gardens are beautiful, w/the fountains and the wind chimes, the jacuzzi, really Zen feel to it. Awesome! We rented this property for a week and had my daughters wedding there in the garden, it was elegant and beautiful. The house is very comfortable and a lot of attention to detail. I would say it sleeps 8 comfortable we only had five or 6 sleeping at one time but we could have had 8. The bedding and mattresses are of high quality and the place is clean and nicely decorated. OMG! I can not leave out the owners and how accommodating they were. Non intrusive but very helpful! Nick and his Beautiful Wife Goli were fantastic! The garden is so large and has so many quiet little places you can actually seat about 35 people in lounge chairs and around various tables and swings and couches. The beach was full of shells and like powder sand, just lovely and right there like your own private beach. Amazing place! I travel all over the world and this place is off the chain! I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again Nick for making our daughters wedding a dream come true!

Nov13-20, 2010 A 5/5 visit to this paradise from Ontario, Canada. The pictures on the website don't do the gardens justice! A perfect place for the R&R the 3 of us needed. Choosing a different spot in the garden each day to enjoy breakfast or just sit and relax. The hammock, swing, hot tub and various sitting areas were just what the doctor ordered (no pun intended) for pausing from a very busy family/work life. The home had everything required and was clean and well appointed. Of course being right on the beach and enjoying the ocean within minutes was another highlight. Many restaurants, shopping, bird watching, dolphin sitings and something for everyone. The rental owners were welcoming, friendly and provided directions, and suggestions for a variety of experiences. Will definitely consider a return visit. "Our family of 8 stayed at this private home-resort. It was simply fantastic. The home is very well furnished and exceptionally clean. It has new flatscreen tv's in every bedroom as well. We spend a week in August in this beautiful oasis of calm and we did not want to leave.
The pictures in the description are really amazing, but to be there is just phenomenal. You could chill out in one of the porch/garden swing benches, read a book in one of the lounging areas or watch the stars from the hammock while listening to the calming splashing of the fountain.
This is by far the most private beach we ever have been to. No matter what time we got there, we had it all for us. Flour-like sand, the most beautiful shells, and crystal clear water just made it outstanding. Other beaches and boat rentals to explore the bay (highly recommended) are minutes away.
Everything was as described, luxurious and very clean. The owner Nick and his wife are the nicest people and made this stay as comfortable as possible for us.
We're originally from Germany and to all you potential renters from across the atlantic, this is THE best rental we've rented so far and worth every cent.
We'll be back for sure........

Our family wanted to have a Thanksgiving on the beach and we picked the perfect location!!! The sunsets are definately beautiful, Nick's Garden is fabulous, tranquil and beautiful!! The house is also beautiful and has everything you need including a washer and dryer, all you need to bring is your suitcase. This property is breathtaking and a place everyone should experience. Nick was availbale for anything and everything we ever needed, he is very pleasant and very personable. We are definately coming back again!!

This was the perfect location for our dream wedding, we had a small wedding on Sunday and stayed the rest of the week here at this exotic location. If you saw the photos you would swear it was a resort in Hawaii.
This is by far the most romantic "Honeymoon" location in all of SWFL. We walked on the beach every morning in search of the perfect sea shells, then went out again every night trying to spot the mother sea turtles laying her eggs. During the mid-day we sat on the beach and watched the dolphins playing in the Gulf, for the most part we were all alone except for the very few walkers that would pass us by.
There is a hammock in the middle of the beautiful oasis that you can lay in at night and watch the stars rain above your head, we lost count of all the shooting stars that we witnessed every night.
Every morning before or walk we would make a pot of coffee and swing on one of the two swings placed in the backyard. This is a true place to go to relax and get away from a stressful work week.
This is a truly romantic stay, we recommend this place to ANYONE!
We will be back to stay at this house again.

Our first experience in Fort Myers Beach exceeded our expectations. This was enhanced by this beautiful beach home. The accommodations were clean, modern and upscale. The gardens offered a place of relaxation, tranquility and serenity with beautiful tropical plants and flowers. There are numerous sitting areas, tables and a hammock in the sun and shady areas. We felt like we were in a private resort. The beach area is breath taking which is home to beautiful wild life, sea shells and gorgeous sun sets. It is entertaining for families with small children and couples of all ages: safe swimming, shelling, fishing and bird watching. The home is in an ideal location, close to airport, shopping, restaurants and island hopping. Right from the time of booking the rental owners were very polite and professional. The rental process was straight forward and trustworthy. We would consider returning to Fort Myers Beach and this fabulous property.
