Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation villas sleeps 4-6 (1 Queen with ensuite, 2 twins, 2 rollaways available for living room).
These newly upgraded air conditioned villas are located in a landscaped idyllic village setting and are the ideal location to have a superb holiday, whether you wish to wind down after Disney or use it as a base for exploring the fantastic Gulf Coast area of Florida. There is everything you need on site and its surrounding area facilities.
Our community is safe and family friendly, and popular with all ages. If you want peace and quiet, its here, but within minutes you are at the shops or on the beach (or golfing / fishing !!.)
The villas have just been repainted and refloored and look great, more photos upon request. New furnishings and window dressings.
There are two bedrooms, the master having a queen bed, TV, walk in wardrobe, Fan, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and built in robes, Fan. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai / sun room so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set. Baby crib and high chair available.
The living room floor has just been newly covered and the vaulted ceilings and 1350sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. Large flat screen cable TV and DVD player, Fan. Formal dining table and 6 chairs. 3 seater/2 Seater/ and single seater in living area.
Free hi speed wifi internet, local calls and answering machine.

The villas are set in quiet cul de sacs, and the location is great for kids as they can play safely at the pool or tennis courts and other activities on site.
The swimming pool/jacuzzi area has just undergone a major remodel and looks fantastic.

2.5 miles to Siesta key beach (free parking and WIFI). Walking distance to shopping, bars,cinema. 1 mile to Gulf Gate bar/cafe complex with over 25 places to eat, drink, and have a great time.

Dear Eddie & Wendy This was our 20th Anniversary celebration and our daughter's 16th birthday - we were so looking forward to coming! We have so enjoyed our stay in your condo and the area. Your accomodations were beyond our expectations. The kids, my husband and I all had a fantastic time. We are getting one last round of tennis, will hit the pool and on the way out to Tampa to catch our flight home, hope to dip ourselves in the wonderful Gulf waters one more time. Thanks for letting me use your beautiful villa in Sarasota. The setting is perfect to have a relaxing time but yet just minutes from shops beaches and entertainment.
The villa was really well appointed and very well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi area was great after a days sunbathing at Siesta Key beach.

This is the firsy chance I've had to sit and e- mail you since we came back. We
had an absolutely amazing time at Siesta Key. The villa was really lovely and
very central for the beach, shopping, eating out and travelling around. It was
very peaceful, clean and all the instructions were clear and easy to manage.
The pool was GREAT much to the
delight of the kids, and being so close to all other amenities gave us lots to
be getting on with.
The boys went to see Tampa Bay Rays at the Tropicana Stadium and we went to a
local game too. We visited lots of beautiful beaches, Sieasta Key was my
favourite!! We went to the cinema, ate at Boston's which was great, and Ruby Tuesdays.
The weather was amazing too, it was sunny every day! We travelled up to Madeira
Beach after we left the villa for a week, it was great too!We also took in Busch
gardens,Universal,Sea World and Aquatica...Fabulous!!
We will recommend your villa to others, Timberwoods is a lovely resort. Thankyou
for all your assistance in making our family holiday this year in Florida a
BLAST!!!!

"This villa is perfect for a family holiday to the gulf coast.
It contained all of the equipment needed for a rental of a few weeks. Lounge/dining area was newly furnished, with comfy sofas, a large flat screen TV and wifi Internet connection. Kitchen area was well stocked and beds were comfortable (didn't use the convertibles). The villa also contained tennis equipment, beach towels, lilos and buckets & spades, so no need to fill your suitcases with any of these items.
We visited for 10 days in late October, during the UK schools' mid-term break and the Timberwoods estate was quiet, as this is the end of low season The pool area had plenty of new chairs and sun loungers and the pool is a good size for both swimming and mucking around. We used one of the tennis courts and this was well maintained, but the temperature was too hot for tennis.
The biggest advantage of this villa, over others that we have rented in the Sarasota area is the location: Crescent Beach on Siesta Key (the best beach on the gulf coast) is 10-15 minutes drive
The main shopping mall in Sarasota is 5 minutes walk, so when the boys are playing golf, the girls can shop!!
Downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle is 20-30 minutes drive
Junction 205 of the i75 is 10 minutes drive
Ellenton outlet mall is 30 minutes drive
All of the usual restaurant chains were within 10-15 minutes drive of the villa (Outback, Longhorn, Chilis, Carrabas, Bonefish Grille etc) and there were also some good locally owned restaurants. We'd recommend Turtles on Siesta Key. You could dine at the waterside inside or out. Food was good and at $100 for 4, including drinks and a bottle of wine, prices were reasonable.
The location also gave easy access to dozens of excellent golf courses within a 30 minute drive. We played some of the best in the area; University Park, The Venetian, Waterleaf, River Strand, The River Club, Oak Ford, Sarasota National and Serenoa and by booking a couple of days beforehand, on the Internet, only once did we pay over $25 per person per afternoon round, including cart (University Park was $32pp). Oak Ford was $12 for me and my son played for free, so 18 holes of golf for two was cheaper than the my golf glove. I know you won't get these silly deals in high season, but the quality of the courses in the area is second to none in Florida.
The best endorsement we can provide for this villa is that we have already booked it for the same time next year"
