This brand new three bedroom, two bath condo is located on the fourth floor of the resort complex.
Situated across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach is amazing and has been voted 'Best Beach in Florida' by readers of the Orlando Sentinel newspaper. Our "No Driving Beach" is always stunning and never over-crowded.
New Smyrna beach is located just 15 miles south of Daytona Beach, and 55 miles northeast of Orlando/Disney. We're minutes to the Canaveral National Seashore and nature reserve and close to Nasa's Kennedy Space Center.
The Resort has professionally landscaped grounds, two lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball court, 2 heated pools with heated poolside hot-tubs, covered patio areas surrounding pools, barbecue areas and two shuffleboard courts.
Two amazing Clubhouses include social areas, kitchens, restrooms, fitness facilities,dry sauna and access to a spectacular home theatre room.
The boardwalk on the property winds through a nature preserve providing an ample opportunity for wildlife viewing and bird watching.
This 1,700+ sq ft condo is beautifully appointed and fully equipped with a huge master ensuite, full kitchen,two flat screen TV's with DVD player and balcony furniture. All bedding, furniture, linens and kitchenware are brand new.

Well, we're home and back to reality but not very happy about being home! We'd much rather be back in New Smyrna Beach!!
We had the time of our lives; the condo exceeded our expectations. The beds were so comfy, everything was so clean, we were amazed at the beautiful landscaping and again the cleanliness both inside and out. Everyone we met were so friendly; we loved the beach and the heated pools. My oldest played basketball every night with other kids that he met. We took in the Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Speedway, Daytona Fleamarket, watched a rocket launch and discovered a new favourite restaurant for us - Cracker Barrell....
Again, thank you so much and we're hoping to make this an annual affair!
