Sunset Lakes is an exclusive gated community situated less than 10 mins from Walt Disney World. This pool home has a south facing pool which overlooks a conservation area and small lake.
Whilst close to the major attractions it provides a quiet area to enjoy periods of relaxation around the pool away from the theme parks and the opportunity to watch the wildlife around and over the lake.

Sunset Lakes is close to US 192 where there is a wide selection of places to eat. There is easy access to the Interstate network for travel to the east and west coast of Florida as well as Orlando International Airport.

Sunset Lakes is an exclusive gated community where access is restricted to home owners and their guests by key code.

This pool home has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and is fully air conditioned. There is an open plan kitchen, dining room and family room. There is a TV in each bedroom as well as one in the family room. PS/2 is installed in the family room.

The master bedroom, family room and dining room each have access on to the pool deck and all these doors are fitted with child alarms to prevent unauthorised access to the pool.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and is complete with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and comes equipped with all dishes, cooking utensils and glasses.

A separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, together with an ironing board and iron.

The family room has two sofas with one converting to a queen size sleeper.

The master bedroom has a king size double bed and walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower, bath and twin basins.

Bedroom One has a queen sized double bed, whilst bedrooms two and three each have two single beds. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and storage space.

These bedrooms are close to bathroom two which has a shower, bath and twin basins. All bedlinen and towels are provided and each bathroom is equipped with hair dryer.

The pool area is fully screened and equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a table. The pool can be heated at an extra cost if required during the winter months. The pool is souh facing overlooking a conservation area and lake. You can sit by the pool and watch the birds and other wildlife whilst sipping that cool drink or taking a dip in the pool.

There is a double garage and enough off street parking for two cars.
