Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, MGM and other attractions are all close by.
Busch Gardens, St. Petersburg, Treasure Island, Tampa and the Gulf Coast beaches are around one hour away to the West.
Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa beaches on the Atlantic Coast are one hour to the East.
Champions Gate and a great many other golf courses are very close. This area is a golfers paradise!

I have been to this villa, stayed 15 nights over christmas/new year 2011.
Re booked it for Christmas 2013.
I have stayed in several villas in Florida over the past 20 years and this is the best I have encountered, great location, spacious and very well appointed. A real home form home unlike some villas that are basically furnished and decorated.
Fantastic price too.

Our vacation was incredible! We enjoyed the 30 degree weather each day and the villa was close to everything. I just may cry when it's time to leave! This was just the perfect much needed relaxation.
The kids were always kept busy and the pool was perfect.
Ian, Angela and Sally were most hospitable, kind and patient with us.

Seriously though we would all like to thank you sincerely for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We have been to the area 6 times now and we can honestly say that your home was the best we have stayed in. We all felt at home straight away and the pool was a big hit with my granddaughters who at 6 and 4 always wanted to be in it when at the house, mind you with 11 parks to visit we did not have a great deal of time at the house............I always said 3 weeks is better than 2!

The villa is immaculate and very clean and nothing is too much trouble for the management company who look after the villa, or for Ian the owner. Ian has been brilliant from the booking of the villa, to even ringing while we are there to make sure everything was alright and advising us of shops/restaurants attractions etc.
Having previously stayed at villas off the 192, this villa is better located as you just travel straight up the I4 and can reach all attractions quicker than the 192 due to no traffic lights!
I would highly recommend this villa and would be more than happy to speak to anybody about it and no I am not on commission!

We have been to Florida twice but this was the first time we stayed at 974 Knollwood . We drove all the way from Brampton, Ontario to Orlando Florida with 2 families and when we arrived late in the night. It was a long drive, and opening the door and seeing the beautiful home felt amazing. The Keys are at the lock box in front Door. It was so easy and hassle free. This is a very quit neighborhood and it had easy access to the Highway and to Wal-Mart which (You can purchase Liquor at this place) was open 24/7. It was also a convenience location because it was close to the Disney Park and other Entertainment facilities. By the way try and visit Pirate of the Caribbean show and dinner.
I would definitely recommend a stay here because you are provided with more than you expect. There was a Games room, Cooking Area, Free phone calls, Heated pool, GAS BBQ machine, Comfortable bed rooms, etc…etc…. , Our Kids enjoy the whole week.
By the way if any one planning on going to Disney then please visit the Epcot park first and visit the Magic Kingdom later otherwise you will get tired on the fist day. Ian will give you more tips and friendly people to deal with. There is Beach almost 1.5 hrs drive and you will enjoy the Florida Sunshine weather. My husband & I stayed at 974 Knowllwood from Feb. 1st to Apr. 15th, 2008. We had lots of company and found the home very spacious (kids had their own spaces between bedrooms and games room and we all loved the pool area!). The layout of the home is excellent: would be very good for 2 families where it has 2 master suites and 3 other bedrooms. The house was very well kept, very modern & very clean with every convenience one could wish for. The management company were quick to respond to any little requests. We were very happy to have the wireless internet as well as free long distance calls within Canada & the US. The location is great: very close to the I-4 which leads everywhere: very quick & easy route to all the theme parks and even to either coast to the beaches!! Also very close to the new Posner Park with lots of great shops. We would highly recommend this home: enjoyed it very much!!

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks at a time in 2006 and 2007. It is a beautiful home and has the home away from home feeling.
I would definitely recommend this home which is fully furnished with a modern decor. It is very clean very well kept and maintained.
It is not far from Disney and other amenities - Walmart.
I would definitely book this home again on our next Disney trip.

We had the pleasure of staying at 974 Knowllwood from March 9 to March 20, 2010. The house was EXACTLY as pictured on the website...beautiful, clean and above all comfortable! The pool was a wonderful relief at the end of our busy days and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The homeowners were an incredible source of information on the area and contacted us numerous times via email with directions, instructions and great suggestions on non-Disney activities. The location was perfect for our needs...20 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to the Houston Astros Spring Training Field and 30 minutes to the Detroit Tigers Spring Training Field. It was a wonderful surprise to get a phone call from the homeowners to ensure all was well! We could not have asked for more from this rental property and would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone!
