Welcome to our (new for 2008) 4 bed 3 bath Florida villa on the exclusive gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. Our home is tastefully furnished throughout and includes:

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a beautiful new community set adjacent to a large natural lake. This quiet and tranquil setting is conveniently located for all theme parks Central Florida has to offer. Just 6 miles south on the US27 from I4 you can be at the gates of Disney around 15 minutes, missing all the traffic on the busy 192. Florida’s famous Gulf Coast and Atlantic beaches are also within an hour’s drive of the villa. A short stroll from our villa will take you to the lake. The lake has a boat ramp and fishing jetty and is a popular location for catching bass.
A Wal-Mart Supercentre, Publix, shopping plaza with good family restaurants and golf and country club are within a 2-5 minute drive of the resort

We stayed here and it was great. The house is excellent and close to everything. The house is better then the pictures show. Lots of room for everyone. Pool and spa very relaxing. Will be staying here again soon. Do not hesitate just book with Steve and Deb!!!

VILLAS AT ISLAND CLUB As soon as you open the...

My family and I just stayed here in July of 2011 and I cannot say enough good things about it.
Firstly we never rented a house before and always stayed in hotels and now I don't think we could go back to a hotel after this wonderful stay we had here.
The house was clean and well furnished and actually quite large. My daughters had a great time in the pool and game room.
The beds were comfortable and clean. We used the computer to do searches and was very useful.
Close to the parks (25 miniute all hi-way driving).
Close by it has a Wal-Mart and only a couple of restaurants but has some fast food joints. We tried a restaurant just up the street called (Manny's - I think that was what it was called) and it was very good.
Only negative (and only a small negative) is that I would like a bigger T.V. in the master bedrooms.
We enjoyed this so much we are planning on staying 2 weeks next year.
