From the moment you turn into the beautiful tranquil Golf resort of Highlands Reserve you immediately get the WOW factor and the WOW factor continues as you open our front door and explore our home which has central air-conditioning.

Highlands Reserve is a very popular community with a prestigious championship 18 hole (par 72) golf course (rated 3.5, Stars by Golf Digest's) with Tennis courts, large communal swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play park. The reserve is ideal for Golfers and non-Golfers alike.

The advantages of the Highlands Reserve are numerous. It is a ideal location to explore, situated a short distance from world renowned attractions (Disneyworld is just 12 minutes away). There are many other International theme parks and facilities in the area, such as Sea World, Universal Studios, Gatorland, Wet & Wild, Salvador Dali Museum, Legoland plus fishing, horse riding, hot-air balloon, helicopter and air boat rides, etc.
Visitors will also be spoilt with the numerous and diverse restaurants and dinner shows (Pirates, Arabian Knights etc), offering excellent value for money,
There are 3 major highways on the doorstep (Hwy 27 & Hwy 192 and Interstate 4) to swiftly get you from Orlando International Airport in 35 and Sanford Airport in 45 minutes. The East or West coast and Kennedy Space Centre are approximately 60 - 75 minutes away.

The villa is ideal for lounging around after a hectic day of activity and what better way to relax is to watch the sun go down overlooking the fairways or play in our swimming pool which can be heated in the cooler months.

Now to tell you about the comforts of our Florida home. It is large and spacious, covering 2,930 square feet.

For those who like to cook, our kitchen has all modern conveniences where you will find everything you need from a crockery, cutlery and even an electric can opener, coffee maker toaster, pots and pans, American side by side Refrigerator with ice-maker & drink dispenser. Electric Cooker with oven and ceramic hot plates, large Microwave, dish washer, everything you could possibly need to create anything from a snack to a banquet.

Pool and Patio Area - We have provided 4 sun loungers and a patio table with 4 chairs for your comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March). For those alfresco dining experiences, we have provided melamine crockery. A BBQ can be hired.

TV/Living Room - The living room has comfortable sofas providing seating for up to 10 to enjoy the benefits of our new wall-mounted 60" HD LCD TV, together with a Blu-Ray DVD player.

Family Room - The family room is adjacent to the kitchen & dining area and has leather sofas providing seating for up to 7. For your entertainment, there is another cable 50” HD LCD TV. There is a selection of DVDs including some for the younger guests.
Patio doors provide access to the pool deck with shaded area. We also have a pool safety fence which is required by law to protect little ones entering the pool without supervision. The safety fence is removable.

Master Bedroom - The exceptionally large master bedroom has a luxury king size bed, ceiling fan, 46" HD LCD TV wall mounted, alarm clock radio and walk-in wardrobe. The master en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC bathroom plus scales and hair dryer.

Queen Master Bedroom (Ground Floor) - This bedroom is located to the front of the villa and with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, 32" wall mounted HD LCD/LED cable TV and walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower over, single vanity unit and WC.

2nd Queen Bedroom located on the 1st floor with an adjacent bathroom with twin vanity unit, Bath with shower over and lastly a WC. The bedroom also has built in wardrobe and a wall mounted 32” HD LED TV

Bedrooms 4 and 5 - There are two twin bedrooms, one with a girls theme and the other with a boys theme. Each have a 32" wall mounted HD LCD/LED TV with ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe.

Games Room - Our ground floor games room comes with a 7' pool table, 7' air hockey table, and English type dart board.

Our management company is 5 - 6 minutes away so you will always have someone to call on.
Walking Distance to Shops, Restaurants & Bars 15 - 20 minutes

For Golfers or complete novices the Clubhouse rents clubs and provides golf lessons and has a driving range. The clubhouse serves light snacks and drinks. Mike Dasher's Highlands Reserve Golf Course (opened in 1998) located 12 minutes southwest of Disney World is a golf course unlike anything you would expect in Florida. What makes Highlands Reserve special is the spirited design that matches the property's unique character. The course sits on the edge of a long sand shelf called the Green Swamp Ridge near the town of Davenport, with elevations spanning 120 feet from top to bottom. Dasher's holes fairly dance around it, two-stepping from a high point at the first green all the way to the low basin of the 13th fairway.
