Bookings of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning charge of $120US.

We require a Security Damage Deposit Fee of $300 US This will be returned after check-out and no damages or issues have occurred. OR we offer a $39 damage insurance that covers up to $1500 of accidental damage with $100 hold.

Electric Pool Heat per day: $25.00 US or $175 US weekly Recommended (October to April months) NOTE: Pool heater may not work effectively if temperature drops below 55 degrees, pool heater is still using electricity, so no refund will be given.
