Stay in luxury accommodation in the exclusive gated community of the The Sanctuary at West Haven. With greater privacy and at least five times more space than a Disney hotel room, a villa holiday is fantastic value for money. With large private pool, air conditioned rooms, game room and a kitchen with most labor saving devices, The Oaks provides a real home away from home atmosphere. Free telephone calls and wireless internet are provided. Its location makes travel to any of the major attractions a breeze with Disney World under 10 miles from our doorstep.
All bedrooms have TV & DVD player and we offer a large selection of DVDs to suit all ages. Our game room includes a full sized, slate base pool table, air hockey table and we even have a cross-trainer for any exercise conscious guests. Our large private swimming pool has it's own air conditioned poolside toilet and no rear neighbors means privacy on the pool deck.
Our child-friendly home provides a pool security fence and we also offer free of charge a crib (+ linens), high chair, changing mat, play mat and bottle sterilizer. We also have a box of toys especially for our youngest guests.

To anyone considering renting this beautiful villa I would say, do not hesitate or think twice, just do it. The villa is in the most perfect location and after seeing where some of the other villa communities are, I believe West Haven is in pretty much the optimum position for ease of travel around the area. Walt Disney World seemed to get nearer and nearer each time we drove there.
The villa is wonderful, especially as we were there at Christmas. The owners made the extra special touch of having Christmas decorations up for us and even had the tree lights on for our arrival. The moment we walked through the doors to the villa and saw that tree will be something I will never forget as long as I live. The villa is spacious with plenty of room. It is very clean and very well looked after. It is also well stocked with everything you will need for the kitchen.
The pool area is great with ample space to move around, sit and eat without worrying about being splashed. The pool heat was lovely and we didn’t notice if the weather was cool when we were in the water. There are no other villas at the rear and we were not over looked at all.
I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this villa to anyone and I for one would certainly return in a heartbeat whenever we decide another Florida holiday is to be done.

We had a great vacation in the Orlando area and were thrilled with the house. Roslyn was a pleasure to deal with and any concerns or needs were answered immediately by the maintenance company. The layout and condition of the house was beautiful and its' proximity to the theme parks and major attractions was well appreciated. For our first experience renting a house in Orlando was to search for the right place to have a great vacation.My Holiday Home Rental was perfect place to look for home rental.When we wanted to know information about the house and the location through email we got it within days.From the start planning our vacation to the end of dealing with the lady (Roslyn) was excellent.Roslyn made everything easy for us plus answer all the questions we wanted to know.The house we rented had lots of rooms plus was so beautiful and had everything we wanted in a house for our vacation.You only have to bring your clothes and do the grocery. We had a game room to play and a wonderful pool all screen in wow.The house was in a gated community and had lots of stores around and golf course within our rented house.Our family enjoyed everthing about what the house offered from watching tv in every room in the house to lots of movies selection ect.We want to thank Roslyn for helping us in our home rental and everything beyond.We will be going back in our near further. We were two families (seven people in total) vacationing in Orlando and decided to rent a house as opposed to staying in two hotel rooms which would have been more expensive. The home posted on the website is exactly what you will get. It is clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. It comes with all the amenities of your own home.
Our families liked the idea of preparing our own meals to cut down on the amount of fast-food (high calories, low nutrition) we consumed during our vacation. Saving money on our food costs was an added bonus. Having the ability to do a load of laundry every day really cuts down on the amount of clothes one needs to pack for a two week vacation.
On days when we didn't venture out, we enjoyed the games room and private pool or just relaxed on the couch watching movies.
The house is near all the major attractions and close to a Wal-mart Super Center and Publix. The gated community is monitored 24/7 for your security.
Roslyn and the property management team were a joy to deal with as they answered any and all questions you might have promptly. A handy information booklet is located in the kitchen explaining everything you may need to know such as garbage day, how to make free telephone local and international calls, what to do on check out day, etc.
I would definitely stay at this home again or recommend it to anyone who is staying in the Orlando area.
