Each of the 7 units available feature gourmet kitchens, high quality granite countertops throughout, tiled floors, wet bars, open concept living spaces with separate dining areas, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and a heated pool shared by the units. Each unit also has a 2 car garage, 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twin bedrooms. The master suite has a large walk-in closet, guest safe, jetted tub in the master bath and a separate tiled shower. The complex almost spans the entire width of the island so each room has bay and ocean views. There is a large screened in deck area in each unit that has beautiful ocean views and outdoor dining furniture.

We were lucky enough to go to Anna Maria Island for a long weekend in November. This townhouse was the perfect place to stay and we recommend it to anyone. Great space, comfortable furnishing and they have thought of everything that you would need for a short or long stay. We loved how close it was to the beach and to local shopping (great market!).
Lots of fun and nothing to worry about while we were there.

Awesome accommodations for 4 days. I spent 4 fabulous days in one of the luxurious townhouses on Anna Marie Island with my family and friends. The home was elegantly decorated with a very welcoming feeling. I enjoyed walking on the beach every morning and watching the serf from the balcony every night. The sights in the area were beautiful and easily accessible. The food was great at the restaurants and in the home. It was such a comfortable stay that we are planning another trip back to that lovely location and home. This is an experience I don’t plan on keeping to myself. I am sharing it with everyone I know and saying they should go.
