Our Mediterranean style villa is located in the prestigious gated WaterSong community among water and woodland conservation areas. It is close to Disney and Orlando theme parks, and championship golf courses. With easy access to Interstate-4 the east coast, Tampa and Busch Gardens are just 60 minutes away and 70 minutes to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf Beaches. A short drive south are the “100 lakes” – for bass fishing and experience of the real Florida.
The luxuriously furnished air-conditioned accommodation comprises a super-King size double en suite bedroom, a King size double en suite bedroom, two twin bedrooms with Jack&Jill bathroom, lounge area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, games room with pool table and air-hockey, TV in all bedrooms, cot & highchair.
The south-facing 30'x15' heated pool & spa backs onto conservation area ensuring a peaceful, relaxing end to each day.
The WaterSong clubhouse has a CyberCafe and gym.

Home of the Week
Our welcoming 5 bedroom /3 bathroom villa is very well...

This was our family's very first trip to Florida. I was initially looking at hotel rooms, but since our son is older we would have had to book 2 rooms. I them decided to look at vacation homes based on previous conversations that I had with co-workers. I had looked at a number of websites and did not see anything that appealed to us that also had a reasonable price point. I then came across myholidayhomerental.com and found a house near Davenport (Evening Song) owned by Eric & Jean. I contacted the owners by e-mail via the website. Eric responded promptly and provided photos and rental info about the home. We had some questions, and again Eric was very prompt with a response, and instruction on booking etc. was very well explained. In the end we booked the home. When we arrived at the home in the Wind Song gated community, it was exactly as the photos depicted. We absolutely loved it, it completely exceeded our expectations. We went for a relaxing time, and it indeed provided us that. We loved the quiet rural setting that the gated community is in. It was very quiet, as none of the immediate surrounding homes were occupied when we were there. Our closest neighbours were a few of the birds that live around the conservation area behind the home. They were hanging around when we were in the fabulous hot tub/pool area in the morning. We agree, as a family, that if you were to rent this home, you would not be disappointed. This would be from the time you contact Eric & Jean, to the time you leave the home. There is a definite pride of ownership with this home. Thank you again Eric & Jean!!
