our villa has 5 bedrooms,but we can rent has a 3-4 or 5 bedroom. full air con,a very private inground screened heated pool, covered patio/lanai,extra space to sunbathe in complete privacy, we are only 3 miles from magic kingdom/hollywood studios/epcot,
and animal kingdom.east or west coast about one hours drive.
bedrooms all have ceiling fans. tv,s in bedrooms,free local phone calls, free internet.also air hockey, foosball, and pool table in garage.52 inch tv in main room with surround sound, and dvd player and radio.
GOLFERS PARADISE,30 good quality golf courses
within 20 minutes and another 30-40 within 45 minutes.

We stayed over Christmas and new year, four generations, myself and Kath, my son and his wife, his daughter with her two children. The kids had a great time in Disney and the other theme parks while the other generation played lots of golf, and I must say at very good prices that did not break the bank. The Villa was absolutely perfect with all its amenities, the pool was warmed up to 80 degrees plus and we all had a great time thanks to the position of this very private Villa. We were on holiday for just over 2 weeks, with 5 adults, there was plenty of space,the bedrooms were well decorated and very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were lovely with plenty of towels supplied. The washer and dryer was a godsend too. We enjoyed the pool, and for the time of year the water was warm enough, although the neighbours thought we were mad! not having the pool heater on! The villa was centrally located for golf courses and theme parks, with plenty of supermarkets and places to eat in easy reach. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and would recommend this villa to anyone considering having a holiday near to Disney. If we were to go again we would definately book this accomodation.

My family and i stayed at this villa for just under 3 weeks in august 2011. We all had (3 adults/2 children) a great holiday made perfect by the accomodation. Located in a lovely neighbourhood, close to everything but most importantly Magic Kingdom. Less than 5 minutes from a great range of restaurants. The villa was very clean and spacious, well stocked in the kitchen. The netted garden pool was well used as was the patio and barbeque equipment. The Abbott family had a lovely holiday always special at disney, but made extra special with the right accomodation. We would recommend this villa everytime, thank you we will book again.
