Our home - villa familia - is situated on the gently sloping mountainside of Montgo National Park, in a quite residential area.
From our patios and lounge their are splendid views overlooking Denia,its castle, sea and surrounding area.
4 minutes by car (2/3 Kms)from town and beaches. One of the Montgo nature trails start/finish) is only 3 minutes walk away from our front door.
The villa is fully equipped for 6 with 3 bedrooms (2 double with King size beds and luxury en-suite showers, One Twin with adjacent shower).
The villa has a split lever open plan Kitchen/Diner/lounge with and sun terrace off the lounge.
Villa familia boasts 4 terraces including a roof terrace. Our beautiful kidney shaped pool is set in the largest patio with patio furniture and retractable awning.
Facilities include. Independent air-conditions and ceiling fans in all rooms, electric cooker with ceramic top, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, washing machine. LCD satellite TV, Multi region DVD player. video with large collection of films for your enjoyment.

THIS IS A VILLA NOT TO BE MISSED. Once we found it we have been back year after year.It is situated in a lovely position giving you tremedous views of Denia, especially in the moonlight with the castle all lit up. It is very private no one over looks, surrounds or bothers you. It is very much a home from home. We have been to a selection of villas in Spain which have obviously been for rental only, giving you the minimum in creature comforts. Villa Familia is the opposite it feels like a very welcoming family home.It is always spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. The outside is superb with a fantastic well kept pool. Our children are never out of it and there is lights in and around the pool for night time swims. There is plenty to do in the area for all ages, The theme park is a great day out and a choice of fun water parks. We love the villa and the area. We cannot recommend it highly enough.Villa Familia provides a superb base for a fantastic holiday.

We have tried other vacation villas in the Costa Blanca area and this villa has become a standard part of our yearly summer vacation in Spain. We have been here three years in a row.
The surroundings of the villa are very quiet as it's located on the last dead-end street before the nature reserve begins. There are no direct neighbours. The views are superb: behind the villa you have the Montgó mountain and in front the view over Denia, the port, the castle and the coastline.
We have two children (age 6 and 8) and they love the villa. They spend most of the time in the pool or playing on the terraces around it. We especially enjoy having a drink in the evening at the terrace once the children are in bed and enjoying the tranquility and the night view. Quite often you can see some fireworks somewhere below.
The villa is equipped with everything you need.
Denia is a mid-sized town and offers all infrastructure or amenities needed. There is a shopping mall 10 minutes away. The nice beach is only a few minutes away by car, but our children like staying at the villa pool so we don't go very often. Our children like the safari park which is about 15 minutes away by car.
