Welcome to our Comfortable, Home Away From Home, in Prestigious 4 1/2 Star "Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club". Southern Dunes is just a 20 minute drive from Disney and other major attractions ( only a 10 minute drive to the new Legoland ), yet nestled in a private, gated community , with 24 hour security. Southern Dunes has a Clubhouse, Restaurant and Bar, 3 community swimming pools, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, exercise gym, a fishing lake and childrens play area within it's gates. The Pro Shop is staffed with PGA Professionals who are eager to assist you with all your Golfing needs.

This home has just been redecorated with new leather living room furniture and accent furnishings. There is a new King Master bedroom set and a new pillowtop mattress and new bedding.

There is a new queen pillowtop mattress and bedding in bedroom three and new mattresses and bedding in the twin bedroom.

The home is overlooking the 2nd Green and has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the Master Bedroom having a full ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV in them. There is a Games Room with a Pool Table, Foosball Game and Dart Board. Great for the kids. There is High Speed Internet and Unlimited Long Distance in the USA and Canada. There is a Privatley Screened, South Facing Swimming Pool with outdoor charcoal BBQ. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you may need. There is also a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

Amenities outside the front gates include a 24 Hour WalMart Superstore, a Winn Dixie grocery store, banks, restaurants, medical facilities and gas stations. Within a 10 minute drive are Hospitals, Movie Theaters, shopping malls and within 15 minutes are Dinner Shows, flea markets and outlet malls.

It is about an hour drive to either coast if would like to enjoy the Beautiful Florida Beaches.

With over 80 Golf Courses catering to every skill level, duffers and low handicappers can play courses designed by Famours golf architects like Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones, Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman and Arnold Palmer.
