This Luxury Disney Villa is located on an oversized corner lot near Champions Gate with 2 PGA Golf courses designed by Greg Norman and 9 minutes from the main gates of Disney World.
The 3600 Sq ft villa is ultra modern with all the latest technology and all the comforts of home. Pool villa with FREE pool heat using solar panels to heat the water! The pool has fibre optic lighting that changes color! The main living room includes a 55" LCD TV with PS3 Blu-ray and 100's of HD channels. Video games library and movies are included. Wi/Fi throughout the villa and pool areas at broadband speed - 10Mbs. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in Canada and the US. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line brand new appliances. Dining room with seating for 8 and separate reading area. Upstairs media room with 50" Plasma tv, XBOX360 and kids drawing area.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and 50" Plasma TV with ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Second Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and 32" LED TV. 3 bedrooms include matching twin beds, ipod/ iphone alarm clocks and 32" LED TVs. 6th bedroom includes a Queen size bed.
All bathrooms are fully appointed and have granite counters. Brand new washer and dryer. Private games room is fun for the whole family. Custom Intercom Music system lets you play music throught the entire villa. Screened in lanai is the perfect place for a BBQ and swim in our solar heated pool after a long day of theme park hopping or golfing.

My wife and I went down for a relaxing memorial day weekend and the house and vacation didn't disappoint. Was easy to find and everything worked smoothly. Used the grill, went swimming in the pool, played some ping pong, watched a movie everything worked just as expected and we will be bringing the whole family down as we never left the downstairs other than to see all the upstairs had to offer if you were coming down as a family or multiple families. Easy access to publix and all the parks.

WOW!! This house has the newest gadgets, TVs, games, etc. The house was perfect for a family and a great place to relax after a crazy day at the parks, loved the pool! Great location - grocery and drug store were around the corner!! Kids loved it, definitly will be back! Thanks Vijay!

Loved this house! I have stayed at other vacation rentals and this one was by far the best! The home is furnished beautifully with all the latest gadgets. My kids loved all of the extras...a PS3, Xbox and a games room! The location was great - close to all the theme parks and restaurants nearby. I am already planning another trip next year and this will be the place for us!

The house was absolutely beautiful, elegant, spacious and very well equipped. Location was excellent, close to all the major attractions like Disney world and Universal Studios as well as being in a very quite neighborhood. The house itself is very convenient for large families and is well equipped with all the necessary items you would normally find in a hotel. This vacation was truly exciting and enjoyable and this vacation villa just made everything so much better. Will definitely come back.
