One of our renters just returned for their 3rd season and another their 4th season. WE ARE RUNNING A FALL SPECIAL, $400 per week, 4 week minimum starting late October through mid December (December would be $500 per week) It's the best time to come. The weather is always spectacular and the crowds are gone.
Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo with pool in Ft. Myers Beach. Located on the south end of the island in a very nicely maintained building at the end of a quiet street on Estero Bay at Windward Point Condos. 3 sides of the building have waterviews.
The owners are also long-term residents of the building and will be there to greet you for your stay. Enjoy the large heated pool, hot tub and poolside BBQ grills. Stunning views of Estero Bay right from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. You can fish right on the property and the dolphins are frequent visitors!!!! It is just a 10 minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
We are located at the south end of the island, so it is a nice peaceful retreat, with less traffic and quiet nights. However we are only a trolley ride from the downtown night-life.
