Coming to Daytona Beach? Our centrally located condo has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Located on the 12th floor, with a southern exposure, there is a panoramic view of both the ocean and the inland waterway. Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking.
The ample balcony with patio furniture is a good place to relax, have a cool drink, enjoy the ocean breezes and view the beach and street activity. It is always warm and pleasant especially during the winter months. You can even watch a launch from Cape Canaveral.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest in modern appliances. Everything else you need is also there for day to day living. Wall to wall patio doors afford a great view of the ocean from the kitchen and eating areas. The living area is comfortably furnished for conversation, reading and television. The TV has a full range of cable channels and a DVD player. Again there is a great view!
The master bedroom also has full wall patio doors and a TV. There is lots of closet space. The master bathroom is just to your left. Let the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. The 2nd bedroom is ideally equipped to accommodate children and guests. There is lots of closet space. The adjoining bathroom is straight ahead. The unit has a laundry room with some storage. Towels and linens are all supplied. Local telephone and high speed internet are available.
The Sand Dollar is a 55 unit condominium with heated pool, whirlpool, exercise room [limited], foyer, outside BBQ and picnic area, underground and deck parking, sprinkler and alarm system, reception/office manager and maintenance personnel. It is located on A1A, four blocks north of the Dunlawton Bridge. We are near the Daytona 500 race track and most other Daytona special event activities. During these weeks rates will differ. All of the units are privately owned. Sorry no pets. Enjoy your stay with us!

My wife and I stayed in unit#1204 for (12) nights, beginning 7-10-11. We had rented other Sand Dollar units many times in the past, but this one was the nicest. Not only has it been updated with beautiful furniture, modern appliances, and a 46" Samsung Flat Screen with Blu Ray player, but the view from this top floor unit is just awesome. We could lay our heads on the bedroom pillows at night and look right out on the moonlit ocean. If you decide to stay in this particular condo rental, you will be very satisfied. We plan to be back again next year.

We stayed at this great condo for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment. The condo is superb, and the view is great. We spent every day at the beach. The weather was great. Enjoyed the fact that we could drive on the beach.We would return for sure.

We stayed in this condo for one week in September 2011. It is just fantastic! We loved the huge comfortable bed and the fact that we could wake up and see the ocean in the morning. One of our favourite things to do, after a day at the beach and pool, was to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and the Atlantic Blvd. We had the best time and we will definitely be back each year!
