This fantastic, brand new spacious Villa is ideal for your Florida vacation.
Located at Vizcay, the villa is in a small private development in a perfect location. This truly is the perfect place for families and friends to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the sunshine State of America. Whatever you need is right on your doorstep; shops, restaurants, supermarkets, championship golf courses and the new Posner Park shopping complex is only a 2 minute drive away.
Disney World is only a 10 minute drive, you’re only 25 minutes from Universal Orlando , 20 to Sea World and only a 30 minute drive to Orlando International Airport. On the west coast, the Gulf Coast beaches, and Busch Gardens are less than an hour away and on the East Coast; Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach are only a 50 minute drive.
Our villa is brand new - only completed, June 2010, fully furnished to an excellent standard with full air-conditioning. With 2 double master en-suite bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom the villa comfortably sleeps 6 and you have the option of using a sleeper sofa in the living area if you need some extra sleeping space.

What a luxurious home! We have stayed in various villas over the past 10 years vacationing in Florida, but this is by far the best. It's exactly as described, and unlike some we have experienced in the past - the photographs are accurate. Beautifully decorated and very well maintained, this home is better than a hotel! Having the pool is indeed a luxury everyone should have on holiday. We will definitely stay again - we won't be booking any other villa. The booking process was easy right from the initial enquiry and Sara even provides a 'welcome guide' which is in fact a book detailing all we needed to know both about the house, location, directions and has included just about anything else you can think of. She has indeed thought of everything.
