This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental home is located in the desirable Calabay Parc community. The private backyard overlooks a large pond, putting the rear neighbors 400 feet away. The sense of privacy is increased by side hedging. The private screened-in pool is 34 ft. in length, one of the largest in the area, and faces west giving lots of sunshine during the day or shade in the deep lanai.

The living area is a large, open area which overlooks the pool deck. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. Additional bedrooms have queen and twin sleeping arrangements. There is a sofa bed in the living area so that a total of eight guests can be accommodated. This home is fully furnished with all of our standard home features including a fully equipped kitchen, towels and linens, separate laundry with full size washer and dryer and cable television. In addition to the standard features, there are televisions in every bedroom, a television and DVD in the living area and high speed internet service.

Calabay Parc is convenient to Orlando area attractions including Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Shopping, water parks, golf courses, restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Beaches on either coast are approximately an hour away. This Orlando area vacation home provides so well that you could be forgiven for not wanting to go anywhere else.
